This place used to be good I actually usually drive an hour away to visit this location today was bad I found 1 thing it was all granny JCPenney stuff and the lock on the bathroom don’t work someone walked in on me and it was hot in there. I got to the front to check out and all the employees smelled like straight weed! This will be my last visit

Cute clothes but I caught the employees today talking bad about my friend while we were shopping. Which is crazy that they had the confidence to talk bad while we were in the store. Very very rude and unprofessional. Complaining about people trying on clothes is wild. Maybe don't work here if you do not like the main point of the job.

I consigned a HUGE amount of clothing with this store today and was wildly impressed with how professional, kind, attentive, thoughtful and courteous this store team is! I will never consign anywhere else now that I have seen how lovely the Clothes Mentor team makes the experience. I had attempted to consign with the largest local consignment chain (snooty fox) in this area and was met with a deplorable experience that will prevent me from ever returning there. They truly need to take notes from the fabulous and customer-centric team at Clothes Mentor! Thanks for making my experience top notch…!!!!!

I’m disappointed with this clothes mentor. I sold clothes here, well tried. I washed them, dried them, and folded them for them to look through. I had 4 totes full of clothes. Plus size clothing which I know they are always wanting to buy, because when I worked here that was a huge wanted thing. The lady said it would take approximately 4 hours to complete, not even an hour later I received a text. I come back to get my stuff and they only took a few items out of 4 big totes! All my other clothes were still folded, nice and neat and looked to be untouched. I had brands such as torrid, lane Bryant, old navy, brand new items. I believe they didn’t actually look at any of my items. One thing I found super offensive was one of the reasons they passed on my items was because it was “too big/too small for store”. So 2x-4x is too big for your store? Yet I went to platos, and they took way more than this place did. Platos is typically for “juniors” as clothes mentor classifies it as, but they took torrid and old navy and lane Bryant. Clothes mentor also said my clothes weren’t clean or in good repair, but I washed everything prior, and folded everything. This clothes mentor has gone down hill, and honestly a lot of them have. I won’t be back to any. I don’t recommend selling here, I’d stick to eBay or specifically clothes selling websites.

I love this place! You can find name brand clothing in like-new condition for under $15 here. The staff is really nice and will help you find cute new arrivals in your size. They also rotate seasonal wear, which is helpful. The store is organized well: type, size, and color. I don't love the way the shoes are organized, but that is a personal preference; I think it would be nice if the shoes were all together rather than on top of the clothing racks. I have to dress nice for work and don't want to spend a ton of money, so this is my go-to.

Nice selection of nice clothing, but sold 2 coach purses like new and they only paid me 42.00 for the both of them. Disappointed on amount paid. But oh well. I will sell on posh next time. Im gonna go back in and see the price they are asking for them now.
