Great place to find cute clothes in good condition and vintage handbags! Only complaint is they rip off when it comes to selling to them. Only got $29 for skincare, brand new never used jewelry and 2 brand new hand bags after purchasing many purses from them over the years. Overall, great staff and a great place to find good deals. Still very much recommend when it comes to shopping for specific clothing and handbags.

lost all of our business. Refusing to let a little girl use your restroom is pathetic in every aspect. Regardless if you have a public restroom or not she’s a child and shouldn’t be told to walk down to Joanna’s to use a restroom. Never again! I don’t know anyone who would refuse a child to go to the restroom and make them walk down 6 stores resulting in them having an accident and being humiliated!

Took barely used Michael Kors shoes and bag among other designer items to unload. They didn't take a single item. That is the third and LAST time I will frequent that "shop,"

I live in another state, but purchased a bag from their website. Unfortunately, I accidentally added the wrong shipping address via Applepay. I called the next morning and they were so nice, quickly changing it to the correct address with no problems. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The bag arrived in excellent condition. I definitely recommend.

I have been shopping here for years, I’ve always had excellent customer service. I love they have been getting more luxury brand items like Gucci, Balenciaga, and YSL. The employees always help me out and are patient when I want to look at purses. Yes I have noticed the prices have gone up especially on the purses but I honestly don’t mind, have you not seen the price of everything else around us? If I can still get a brand new high end purse for $80-$100 I’m not complaining. They also have a point system so that makes it even better once you hit the right amount of points. I don’t normally do reviews, but the amount of negativity of these reviews are absurd. This isn’t just a thrift store, and these employees work their butts off everyday going through thousands of items daily, inspect, price, put a hanger on them, and put them in the correct area. Can you image doing laundry all day long? You go girls! Also, yes they are picky on their items they pick because they don’t want to be stuck with items you don’t even want. No one wants your Walmart shirt from 2002. Thank you to all the staff at the Fort Wayne Clothes Mentor!
