I've seen Melanie for several years now and she and her staff are amazing! Melanie isn't just a psychiatrist, she genuinely listens and cares! Brittney is amazing and on the off chance that ya have to leave a voice-mail she's extremely prompt. You never have to wonder if they'll return your call or if they care. They go out of their way to make sure you can get your medicine even if it means spending hours calling pharmacies to do so. Melanie doesn't take my insurance, however, I'm happy to pay out of pocket to see her! Trust me when I say you won't find a better team! Thank you Melanie and Brittney! Ya both are awesome!

This is my experience so far after coming from Dr. Napier I needed a new psychiatrist unfortunately with his passing. I went to another Dr and it was not a fit. So I contacted Dr. Wylie and was blessed to talk to Brittany who got me schedule quickly. I've had 2 appointments so far and they have been great. Brittany the receptionist has been amazing at calling me back whenever I leave a message. There is only one girl working a day in the office which I personally like bc if I have a follow up question it isn't bouncing from person to person. Dr Wylie has been great as well she listens to my concerns and isn't judgie. It has been a great experience here so far and if you were a fellow Napier patient I would give Dr. Wylie a shot. She wants to help and you can tell she loves her job and that's important when it comes to mental health.

I could not be happier with Wylie & Associates Behavioral Health! Brittany and Melanie are amazing, professional and compassionate women!! I’d like to refer to them as the Dream Team! They are ALWAYS proactive and make things easily attainable by their demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude; always one step ahead and it is so appreciated! I have called the office and when the answering machine picked up, I hung up without leaving a message telling myself to call back later. Within a few minutes, Brittany called me saying she saw my phone number come up on caller ID when she was on the phone and was just reaching out to see what she could help me with; I was so impressed!!! Sometimes getting your prescription filled can become a nightmare for one reason or another, whether it be there is a glitch with insurance or the medication is out of stock, etc. If you’ve ever experienced this, then you get it! I have been taking medication for the past twenty years to treat my depression and anxiety and my experience with previous providers when faced with this dilemma: the receptionist simply apologizes and says they are so sorry I’m having trouble locating a pharmacy that has the medication in stock. In the meantime, the withdrawals come on as you continuously make calls around the area with no luck. Since attending Wylie & Associates no such thing! I have never had to face the issue where I begin experiencing withdrawals due to not being able to get my medication because they go above and beyond to ensure it doesn’t happen. Brittany calls around for me and always ends up locating a pharmacy that has the medication in stock. Thanks for treating me like family ladies!!!

Extremely satisfied with Melanie, Brittany and Denise! These ladies will do what’s necessary to make it easier for you. I have never seen such wonderful patient care from a Dr.s and staff. They truly care for the patients like it should be. I could never change Drs.

I’m not sure what is up with all these other reviews! If i could give a million stars i would. I’ve struggled so badly with anxiety and depression for pretty much my whole life. I went through many inconsiderate offices whether it’s a therapist or a psychiatrist I thought I would never find my perfect one. Not only is melanie compassionate and caring but her staff is AMAZING!! Brittany, (sorry if i spelled it wrong) she is one of the receptionists is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. I work in a doctors office myself so i always feel bad having to reschedule or even if the pharmacy is having issues with my scripts but Brittany makes all those bad feelings go away almost immediately after talking to her. She’s extremely understanding and probably the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. She helps with so much, billing, scheduling, refills i mean this girl does it all almost like a superhero! I have never been to an office where everyone was genuinely caring and happy to help. I feel like I’m rambling at this point but words can’t even describe how amazing Brittany and the whole office is. I will never have to search for another psychiatrist again because Melanie’s office is just simply the best!!

I high recommend Wylie & Associates. The staff members are very kind and caring and return calls as soon as possible. They have a good understanding of mental/emotional health care and sincerely listen to the patient to help them get the best possible care. They go above and beyond and recognize the sometimes emergency need at the moment. I sincerely appreciate their wonderful customer service and patient care.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.. Melanie treated me for many, many years! In the beginning, Melanie was helpful with my chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and severe anxiety. The office fell apart, not giving calls back and getting missed appointment fees when I all I needed was to change my appointment date!! I didn’t miss anything and gave over 24hr in advance.

**I tried to better myself and started to come off of a highly addictive and volatile medication under the supervision of my primary physician and I received a letter telling me that my care is being terminated of medication contract regarding controlled substances. This could not have been at a worse time in my life during withdrawals and peaked anxiety. They have ZERO COMPASSION. Only looking at what they want to see.
We were tapering OFF! My primary reiterated this fact multiple times in progress notes saying I did nothing wrong.
I called Melanie’s office and they hung up on me!! I called back many times to explain it had to be a misunderstanding or mistake. I even sent a certified letter with NO response.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend her care to anyone.

I have been seeing Melanie for awhile now. I seen her before she opened her own practice. When she did open her practice I went with her. I guess you could say shes stuck with me. I have always been treated very kindly by Melanie and her Nurse Karen. Everytime Ive left a message I always get a return call. I feel that they really do care about their patients mental health. Ive never felt this comfortable at any Dr. office. I highly recommend Melanie
