Dr. Jones and staff are kind and lovely people. I've been with Dr. Jones for about 13-14yrs. He's got me through many stressful situations. The ladies in the office keep my appointments going, and they are absolutely sweet!

Very frustrated with this establishment. I haven't been here in almost a year and I am still getting bills. I was sent the same bill three times. All of the bill statements were the same, and I paid the first one as they have always been terrible about sending bills in a timely manner. I got a second one and called the office to question it. I was told not to worry about it and it was a mistake. I recently got a third bill. And three of the multiple charges on all three bills were for a provider I NEVER SAW. I also have found that almost every time I call, the person with the billing department is not there. There is also a terrible lack of communication between all staff. I would call multiple times so set up an appointment with a provider that another provider there wanted me to see. Every time I would call, nobody had any clue what I was talking about and would tell me they would call me back. I would never get a call back. I would call again, and would experience the same thing. I was also very dissatisfied with the provider I saw at this service. I was extremely over medicated to the point I would fall asleep randomly in the middle of the day. I was going to college at the time and could never stay awake during class. She then tried to tell me I might have narcolepsy. I do not have narcolepsy, and I was falling asleep due to the ridiculous about of medications she put me on. This provider is no longer at this establishment. Needless to say I no longer go here and it appears this business has a high turnover rate for providers. Very unhappy.

From making the appointment to entering the facility to sign papers, the front desk worker, Rhonda, was completely unprofessional. The front desk worker sets the tone of the office, and she set the wrong one. Completely rude and tactless on the phone, rude and uncommunicative in person. She completely negated to relay information that could’ve saved hours of my time and hers The therapist was friendly and helpful. I thought she was a great match, though it’s purely on Rhonda for my refusal to continue services with this facility. Highly recommend the therapist, highly recommend finding a new front desk associate.

This is a place for what I would call "talk therapy". No medications are prescribed here. Although it's not really my thing, the employees I came into contact with were polite, and they tried to make others feel comfortable.
