Was driving late through Deadwood on a long road trip and had a problem with my brakes as they were shaking every time I used them. I was able to call Southside Services and have my brakes looked at as soon as they opened the next day at 8am. Pat was very helpful, giving me tips on how to brake properly in the hilly terrain so my brakes would no longer shake. Following a test drive in my car with Pat, he did not charge me for the help. So much appreciated!!

Trailer tire had a slow leak gave them a call told bring it in. They jumped right on it very friendly, very fair price, nice people. I might add; a 1960 corvette was on the rack getting a new rear-end installed-- you knew you were dealing with some really great people.

Southside Service Garage in Deadwood, SD, is exceptional! As part of the Brian Hornbuckle Band from Denver, we rely on our vehicle to haul our gear for gigs at the Number 10 Saloon. During the hectic 2025 Sturgis Rally, our vehicle had a water pump issue. Southside had it fixed in under 24 hours at a lower cost than quoted—outstanding service!

A month later, on September 16, we hit a deer 12 miles outside Deadwood, disabling our vehicle (and sadly, the deer). It was 9 PM, but AAA and Olsen Towing out of Sturgis, SD. got us to Southside. We dropped the vehicle off overnight, and by the next morning, they had promptly fixed a transmission issue. We were back on the road in less than a day, charged very reasonably.

The team at Southside is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers. On behalf of the Brian Hornbuckle Band, we can’t thank them enough and highly recommend Southside Service Garage to anyone needing reliable repairs!

On vacation, Had issues with the bike and Harley couldn’t get the screw for a week. Stopped in to southside service and the guy helped us out and got us going, didn’t have the exact screw but found one that worked. Awesome service and people!

I came in on extremely short notice and am from out of town. Truck stuck in 4wd wouldnt disengage. Could not drive on highway. These guys got on it immediately when I pulled in. Took about 40 mins to get it driveable. Asked for what I thought was not enough money. They could have easily bent me over 6 ways from Sunday but didnt at all. Theses guys are gourmet, it's too bad they are 12 hours away or theyd be servicing every vehicle I have.
