I have now had my second procedure with Sono Bello today! I enjoyed my appointment today! The nurses were amazing as always! Dr Marco is one of the most caring surgeons I have ever met! He is beyond professional and he’s very down to earth at the same time. I just love the folks at the Charlotte NC location! I also can’t forget to mention my favorite lady,Penny George! She took great care in getting me booked for the procedure!

This is about the worse $13,000 I have spent. I had my consultation in Winston Salem. Pricing that I was told after my Pre-Op was wrong. Dr. Hill? PHENOMENAL in Charlotte. Go to my post-op ordered new shape wear, was told if it was uncomfortable I could get another one. This one is killing me. Well how did I know if it wasn’t going to work after putting it on? Gotta pay to get one that is more comfortable. I DO NOT recommend…. I’m over it

If I could give zero stars I would. I had schedule a consultation for 10:30 am in 4/18/2025. I arrived at 10:15 am completed the lengthy paperwork. The receptionist advised that they were run 45 to 1 hour behind. Advised I could wait or reschedule, since my drive is 45 minutes I decided to wait. I continued to watch people come in and leave while I sat and waited. At the 1 and 45 mark another receptionist stated I was next in line however she was waiting to find out when. At the 2 hour mark after gentleman came in and immediately was taken back, I went to the first receptionist that quoted me the wait time and asked if there was a problem. She stated that they were short staffed and scheduling is not done at their locations and because consults are free, they are unable to call clients to reschedule in advance, yet I receive 3 texts messages to confirm my appointment The manager was conveniently in a meeting , so I wasted time coming to a consult that never happened. I am very disappointed for the lack of service I received. I thought Sonobello would be the perfect place to have my services done. However, this experience was the worst.

I went to Sono Bello for lipo and abex. I can’t even begin to tell you how Awesome of an experience it was for me. From the consultation to the pre op to the actual day of my procedure. Dr. Hill and his staff at the Charlotte NC location really made me feel comfortable. There was no question unanswered. I’m just going to say that I highly recommend Dr.Hill, his nurse (Alyssa), his assistant and scrub tech (Bailey and Taryn). Very professional and Dr.Hill really knows what he’s doing. I can’t wait to see the finished results after healing up in 6 months. I will definitely go back when I need more work.

4 months ago I spent over 13,000.00 on procedures to boost my confidence. I lost a lot of weight and therefore had hanging skin. Sono Bello promised to make my stomach flat and to fix the unwanted areas. That DID NOT happen! I still have hanging skin, I have major large knots in my belly, I vagina was sewed back too much to my belly, I've went to appts only to be told there was nothing they can do. Did I mention over 13,000.00? On top of everything I was severely traumatized because I felt and saw the entire procedure. I begged for them to stop...they didn't! This place is a money robbing, unprofessional, non caring place that takes your money and could care less how you feel about the results. I will forever let people know how this place robbed me for 13,000.+. Oh and I have and will continue to share my before and after pictures with anyone that's wants proof. No need to comment from them, they always say we'll call you and make it right, we'll figure out how to make you happy......they e never called!!!

Dr. Hill and all the nurses are so patient and kind. Pam the consultant was not pushy but was very helpful and educative. I am 4 weeks out and feel great and had no complications. Super happy with my results!
