From the time we initiated the process for testing for an adolescent to determine learning disabilities Etc, it took almost a year to complete. Overall, I believe it was a waste of $1,000. If you have a child that doesn't test well and much of the process is taking tests, are the results accurate? Secondly, if the individual doing the interview process has not had sufficient time to establish trust with an adolescent, are they truly going to open up and be honest with their answers? I think not. The individual conducting the tests was very blah and Bland and did not come across very personable, so it did not seem that there was any kind of connection made that would have provided a safe place to fully disclose very, potentially, personal issues.
Overall, not very satisfied and truly no one in the family really felt like the results were accurate for this child.

The therapists and psychologist are very kind, professional, and understanding.

The only problem I have had is they don't answer their phones very often when called, even though I never see the receptionist busy when I go in.

They refused my finance ADHD mental health counseling just because of his felony record! That's discrimination. They didn't give him his ten dollars back from the assessment either! Well be contacting the Attorney General or a lawyer! Zero stars!
