These guys are dialed in! Exactly what we needed after a long weekend. They walked us through their services and the IV and massage were both excellent. I forget the lady that gave me the massage, but the pressure was right on. Next time we head to Biloxi we will be back.

This is a difficult review to write because if I had asked for a painful therapeutic massage (trigger point, stripping, myofascial release etc) then my massage would have been 9/10 ... But I didn't. I asked for RELAXATION!

My husband booked us each a 90 minute massage for our anniversary. We were greeted quickly and by very friendly staff. We were each asked to sit and fill out a quick sheet asking us about any injuries, what we wanted to focus on, areas we wanted done etc.

I listed on my sheet I wanted to focus on relaxation and circled and highlighted my scalp, shoulders, lower back and feet for areas I preferred to have the most time spent.

Upon entering the room the therapist again asked what I wanted to focus on - I replied relaxation, and that I do carry some stress on my shoulders that could be relieved. She confirmed she'd start me on my back (face up) to help release my shoulders a bit before moving into the relaxation portion, but she promised relaxation.

What followed was 45 minutes of me face up in strong discomfort while she did stripping and trigger point work on mostly my right shoulder. I made comments several times about how much time was left and passively aggressively mentioned we could spend all day on my shoulders but I wanted to relax, or saying things like "if I lie and tell you it doesn't hurt anymore can we move on" ... Outside of blatantly being rude about it I dropped several strong hints.

Just after the 45 minute mark I was FINALLY told we'd start the "relaxation" half. I was excited and ready to just melt away. Instead I got about 15 minutes of IT band work and more trigger point release on my legs. Nothing says relaxing like an elbow in your inner thigh pressing on a trigger point, right?!? She didn't even touch my feet - which I specifically mentioned on my sheet as something I wanted done.

I was then finally asked to roll over on my stomach. I then got 10 minutes of more trigger point and IT band work on the back of legs, followed by maybe 5-7 minutes of hot stones rubbed over my back before being flipped over face up again.

She then spent the last 5 minutes doing more trigger point work on my shoulder?!?! As she started digging into my shoulders again she said "since we have a little time left I'll do some more work on your shoulders" ....

At this point I was so frustrated and felt like after mentioning several times I wanted to relax, and realizing that I wasn't going to get a foot or scalp massage (two of my favorites parts) I literally just tried not to cry in frustration while I sucked up the last 5 minutes of more discomfort.

At no point was there any relaxation! Trigger point and stripping are both extremely uncomfortable, mildly painful techniques and I spent the entire 90 minutes of my "relaxation" massage that way. No foot massage, no scalp massage, no lower back work ... I left completely exhausted, my muscles were tender and I felt absolutely unrelaxed.

I felt awful as my husband had to deal with me being super upset and disappointed when he was genuinely trying to do something nice for our wedding anniversary. He knows how much I need to relax and thought this would be a great gift.

I personally feel like I communicated my expectations very clearly on the welcome sheet, up front in my discussion with the therapist and hinted/reminded her several times during the 90 minutes. I shouldn't have to escalate to being rude or aggressive to get the massage I clearly asked for.

Overall - if you want a therapeutic massage I highly recommend. But if you want to relax or have a therapist that listens to what you actually want done then I'd pass on this place.

Being an fitness competitor over 35 with scoliosis I need a special therapist who pays attention to detail and fine tunes my sessions based on the demands I've put on my body. The way the therapists at Rejuvenation Station tackle every ache and pain is unique & precise. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. The atmosphere, music, ambiance, and hospitality are like nothing you'll come by anywhere else!

I cannot stress how special this place is. On a recent trip from LA to Biloxi, I stumbled upon what I thought would be an affordable, easy massage. Instead, I received the healing of a lifetime. So much so that I had to come back for one more session before my trip ended! And added a detox! Keri has healing hands and an unbelievable intuition to match. She targeted parts of my body that had been “stuck” and released years of heavy energy. You don’t come across these types of healers often. The owners Mark and Stacy are incredible people. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, knew where to go and what to see. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience these angels and their holistic heaven. What a gem!!
