The worst ever it's a commercial building ( business) nothing related to humanitarian assistance , I had to deal with a super disrespectful Impolite rude and aggressive case manager who don't even know how to do her job or even talk like a normal human being, she couldn't handle a simple case this is the first and last time to deal with them , I've tried to address the issue to the manager and she's even worset I have no Idea who come she's a manager !!! They basically treat new arrivals like slaves and they sounded like they're doing them a favor , I personally don't recommend them and I will report them !!! Who runs this business he owns a master degree in fraud !!!!

The worst place ever. They are all lairs and they just making money but they don’t care others. They deceive new arrivals (immigrants) and treating them like slaves. I truly not recommend this agency to anyone because they are very cruel people and not honest. RefugeeOne just making money from donors and from the government, very bad leadership.

I’m new in this city with my parents, if you want me to give a very sincere and honest feedback about RefugeeOne, I would say this is the best organisation with professional kind hearted, friendly helpful people I have ever met.
The group of people we have met upon arrival at the airport right after the IOM staffs were the Case Manager from RefugeeOne with one of his colleague. They took us in their vehicles and brought us to our resident where we knew nothing about. The first US hot meal we were served, was bought by the case manager from RefugeeOne. This is only the organisation that helped, guided us with all the necessary supports we needed to establish a comfort zone in new place.

This Refugee One is So bad, they don’t do anything. They just want only sit in the office and free money. My brother Case managers name is Shahalam . The guy is so bad and disrespectful. My brother many times try to call for family case. He doesn’t answer and also block phone . And Immigration also so bad She names is Amina . When I call her she doesn’t respond and she says I am the vacation it’s not the one time many times she does that. And She said Submitted my application on UCSIS it’s real or not I don’t know. I don’t Get any recipes form USCIS 5th months already. So bad and disrespectful. And I don’t recommend to join with Refugees One .

Дуже задоволений я і мої друзі , що є такий офіс RefugeeOne на Chicago Ave 833, а особливо задоволений, що нас обслуговувала менеджер пані ІРИНА. Прекрасний фахівець і просто чудова, порядна людина. Доступно все пояснила, швидко оформила документи і якщо з'являються якісь питання, завжди можна до неї зателефонувати і отримати відповіді на нагальні проблеми. Дай Бог пані Ірина здоров'я. Дуже Вам дякуємо!!!

Были с женой, очень хорошо встретили. Оператор Виктория уделила время, все рассказала, объяснила, оставила свой тел. После еще несколько раз обращался к ней с вопросами. Очень довольны помощью в оформлении документов на бенефиты, Виктории особенно.
