Mitch Edwards, my mentor, walked me through the first few lessons this week. It’s pretty crazy to see all this first hand. Being in a real studio changes so much. I can’t wait to get to use some of their gear for my own writing and recordings.

The program was great. The one on one hands on is definitely easier than reading about it especially if your a hands on learner like myself. Having the guidance of your mentor through the program and learning at low stress pace is helpful too. The only things I would say that were difficult at times was the communication between the school and myself and the layout of the textbook would get confusing at times because of learning from no previous knowledge and being new to how audio engineering works but also reading materials in one section and then later on it being explained. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn about audio engineering.

Amazing experience overall, the staff are always super helpful and accommodating with whatever you may need. Dougy is extremely talented at his craft and is willing to offer you all of the knowledge that he has obtained over the years. Going into the program was a bit nerve wracking but everyone was super welcoming and they're constantly cheering you on, 100% would recommend this program to anyone with a passion for music.

Enjoyed every minute of the 4-5 months I've been with recording connection. I started with Zach, and finish with Alex. With the guidance I received from Alex, Zachary Sheets and my Mentor Steven Clark, there's no doubt in my mind that I'm on right path. Trash, Absolute trash. After a down payment 2,600$ and wonderful promises of 8 hours of class weekly. i have received 2 hours weekly. these people are the scum of the earth and are after you for your money.
When signing up they are always happy to answer your calls and get back to you at lightning speed. After they get their money, Not a peep when you have the slightest issue

I could go hours while working on music, mixing/producing and I will forget that I am human and need protein. Quick trip to McDonald's(which I usually don't eat but them nuggets were pretty good)
