I called to inquire about therapy for my young son. The receptionist got very rude with me when I was simply asking clarifying questions. She seemed annoyed I was even asking questions and I didn’t just hang up. I have heard great things about the therapists but we will go elsewhere if that is what I would potentially have to deal with every time we need to make an appointment.

I scheduled my appointments with Cassie and saw Dr. Pobanz. I had fantastic experiences with both of them. Cassie was very sweet and got me in for an appointment quickly (I did check for in network providers before calling). Dr Pobanz is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen for any type of care. She is very kind, welcoming, and thorough. She explained everything so clearly and made me at ease with the process.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. I called shortly after 4pm last night. The woman answering the phone by the name of Tony was extremely rude and unhelpful. You would think running a business, especially a mental health office, they would employ more welcoming and helpful staff. As someone looking to get established with a professional, I had no idea of the process, and needed some guidance, I asked her. After asking, the rest of the phone call she spoke to me as if I was incompetent. That first impression was discouraging. The interaction left me frustrated and disappointed, as I had heard great things about the providers. However, if that’s what anyone has to be expose to when they call, I’ll continue my search elsewhere.

Its too hard for them to know which of there independent providers are covered under which insurance. You have to figure that out for yourself. Rude women answering the phone saying its not her job to figure out which providers take which insurance.
