I hate this office the staff and billing doesn't know how to help rude and unhelpful for 3 years seeing the doctor she didn't help Dr. Ella now I hate Russian Doctor all she do is increase the dosage of the medication until your kids to be psychotic all they want is your Money double charge , greedy so don't give your debit or credit becuase the billing doens't know how to use your insurance I have PPO BCBS only regular check up double charge right away no chance to check to bill your insurance. They always ignore when you ask about the charges they charges no billing statement after insurance. And they advance to get to your money on your debit card. There are so fast to charge but if you need anything you wait forever.

If you’re looking for a wonderful experience & caring provider, I highly recommend Dr. Pilat!! He truly wants to get to know his patients and is very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about him & this practice overall.

It's extremely difficult to get ahold of the front desk to schedule or change an appointment - it almost always goes to voicemail, and these aren't even addressed most of the time. I definitely understand being busy and getting things done in the office, but I've known plenty of other places that are able to balance both important phone calls from patients and other duties. It's extremely frustrating, as there was something I had to change with my appointment last minute and I couldn't get on the phone for 2 hours. Genuinely considering switching places if I'm not even able to talk to the office/my psych.

Extremely difficult to reach front desk. Been a patient for over 5 years and this has always been the case. The medical professionals are very attentive though.

Listed with insurance as accepting new patients. I call up the insurance to tell them that this is a mistake and to take them off the referral list but supposedly the office notifies them that they are accepting new patients.

They have listed their doctor McFaul as accepting new patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield only for that to be false.
