I don't really have a review for Positive Pathways Behavior Services as a whole. However, Angela Jordan (my child's Behavior Consultant) is phenomenal at her job.

Angela brings knowledge, experience and empathy while also bringing empathy, care, humor and understanding. I feel comfortable sharing our struggles and failures with Angie because I know that she will support us and give us ideas on how to change the outcome in the future.

Angela looks at our family as a whole and gives us perspective on how to make us function better and support each other sometimes in the most trying of times.

There are many meetings where we will start on the verge of tears but end with a little laughter and a lot of smiles because Angela helps us see things from a different angle.

I have called her sobbing when I thought we had reached rock bottom, and again later about everything feeling like it got worse and Angela was supportive, a great listener and also a cheerleader/hype woman that took me from the verge of a breakdown to someone with hope and a new game plan.

I would recommend (and have repeatedly) anyone in a similar situation to our family to contact Positive Pathways Behavior Services and BEG to be on Angela's caseload.

Jennifer Chadwick has been a lifeline to my son. She has gone above and beyond to help him be successful by visiting at his job and developing a rapport with his boss, and all who interact with him. Jennifer is truly an expert at what she does. She is so caring and so highly qualified. I am blessed to have her working with my son. She is an incredibly wonderful person! Zenobia Curtis

I am BAFFLED at how this place as 5 stars. The things I've heard from other parents, and then now my own personal experience. These people are rude as heck, even before you get nasty with them. Then when you request something, they deny it and you fight back because legally they can't deny it... they dismiss services with your child. When they sent the email, I asked that they do a goodbye session with my child. Every therapist for my other child has done a goodbye session, whether they were parting because of change of jobs or because I requested the change, etc, they ALWAYS did it because it's never the child's fault for some of these changes. These people flat out refused. So now I have to go explain to a child why she no longer has a BC, and she's going to think she did something wrong and never got to say goodbye. She's already EXTREMELY upset that her last session was cancelled without reason, and now this. You DON'T do this to children. EVER. On top of this, the BC we had was terrible at scheduling and communicating. She didn't show up for our quarterly meeting because she "forgot" and we had to call her. Her car was TRASHED and my child mentioned it every time we came home from being with her. After all of this, I wouldn't trust a dead plant in their care because they certainly don't care about children's feelings or needs.

Jennifer Chadwick has been supplying behavioral training for my adult handicapped daughter for several years, and I can't say enough good things about her. Her experience and expertise are evident in how she handles the difficulties presented by my daughter's limitations, and also by the gentle persuasiveness that seems to evoke cooperation from my daughter in stressful situations. She has taught my daughter to consciously practice patience and calmness in the face of her fears in public discourse and encounters. My daughter has gone from acting like a frightened caged animal in public to a confident young lady who can check out her own library items, pay for her own purchases at the store, and ask for extra favors from cashiers, for example, could you please put my books in a separate bag.
Jennifer has been easygoing, patient with changes in plan, creative in activities, and well-organized. In addition, she seems to love her profession, never complaining that it is too much work or too bothersome, doing all with a great sense of humor and purpose. I have had no interactions with others at Positive Pathways, but if they are all as good as Jennifer, this is a five-star agency.
