I had an appointment with Alyssa M. for a balayage. Her highlight placement was phenomenal. The downfall for this appointment is that my hair at times can be toner resistant and this happened during my appointment. Luckily the instructors invited me back the following day to correct the tone and resolve the problem with Araceli. Both ladies were true professionals at finding a solution to why the toner did not take in my hair. I am loving the results will be back. This definitely was a true learning moment!

Had an amazing experience with Olive, she was so kind and really went the extra to accommodate the hair color I wanted even when my dark hair wasn't lifting as expected. The professors and other stylists also would set in to assist and were very thorough in their explanation, and help Olive throughout the process. The style and color are everything I wanted and it looks even better than I imagined, I will be returning here for sure!

This was my first time visiting Pivot Point Academy, and while the experience started off a little rocky, it ended on a very high note.
I had a bit of a scheduling hiccup during my visit, as they accidentally overbooked Camille. Without notifying me, I was initially assigned to another student stylist. However, I politely asked if I could still see Camille because I absolutely love the quality of her work. They informed me that no other appointments were available until the following week, which was disappointing. But then, they mentioned she would be available at 2:30, even though my original appointment was at 1:45.

Feeling unsure, I went back to my car and tried to find an online appointment that fit my schedule, but nothing worked. Still in the parking lot, I decided to call back and ask if Camille was indeed available at 2:30. Thankfully, she was, and I decided to wait.

After all that, I finally got my balayage done with Camille—and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it! She did an AMAZING job. Camille was incredibly gentle when parting my thick, curly hair, which I really appreciated. She took her time foiling and blending the color, ensuring every detail was perfect. Her attention to detail and skill truly stood out.

The final results exceeded my expectations—I’m incredibly happy with how my hair turned out. Camille has such a natural talent, and her work speaks for itself. I only wish I had more cash on hand to give her an even bigger tip because she completely deserved it.

This is my second time using pivot point, when I say I am so impressed... I really mean it.The client interaction is so authentic genuinely felt.Their services offered are affordable I came for a wash/hair cut not only did I leave with a beautiful style using quality products in my hair. Anna, is so personable and was super excited about doing my hair.
At first I worried because my hair is curly and most people have a hard time cutting curly hair.
I was so pleasantly surprised with the experience the thorough communication and having the instructors come to over see the work first hand that in itself was reassuring to me and I was in excellent hands.the out come was just as I pictured it.
The service took an extended amount of time. however it was worth the wait .
