Dr. Tucci and his staff are exceptional. We first visited him when my daughter was in 5th grade for a series of tests. The testing process was thorough, and the analysis was thoughtful. After searching for a skilled clinical psychologist for some time, I returned to Dr. Tucci and asked if he could see my daughter for ongoing clinical support. I have never trusted a therapist’s insights and capabilities more.

Dr. Tucci has also provided support for my other children and even my nephews during challenging transitional periods. I continue to refer people to him for neurobehavioral testing. Every referral has come back with glowing feedback about his services.

Additionally, after six years of working with Dr. Tucci off and on, I can confidently say his billing practices and agreements have always been transparent, fair, and ethical.

I saw Dr. Tucci in 2019 at his previous location. Here are some sample excerpts from an extensive note I wrote at that time to my family physician to be inserted into my own medical record as a rebuttal to Tucci's report:

"While I initially took to Dr Tucci in the first interview and found him engaging, his report and the follow-up interview were both a bit, well, sloppy and inaccurate.

"He had some very odd 'findings' indeed. I have NEVER used illegal drugs [the report said I did], except for some marijuana in the Seventies. I had been prescribed benzodiazepines to be used PRN in the Seventies and Eighties, but not since.

"I’ve never played football in my life, except when required to in intramural games in high school physical education. His report said that I did.

"In summary, the experience of the evaluation was emotionally difficult. I felt that Dr Tucci was to some extent “phoning it in” and projected at least some of his expected findings of me into the report."

Last week I asked my new family physician (different doctor, same office) to refer me for an evaluation, and he referred me to what, to my shock, has turned out to be Dr. Tucci; I didn't know that because the name of the clinic has changed. I literally would not see Dr. Tucci as a client if he paid me; my experience with him was an epic fail.

I completed a year of graduate school in clinical [psychiatric] social work, with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and I know what people in the mental health field are supposed to do. This isn't it.

I originally met Anthony Tucci Ph. D. of Piece-by-Piece Neurobehavioral Services while providing office space and support services for his practice. I had the pleasure of working with him and his team as he grew his business.

In just under 2 years, he outgrew our space and had to move to larger accommodations.
It is no surprise how fast the practice has grown. He and his team are true professionals. The care and respect they exhibit in everything they do and every interaction is a testament to their success. It was very bittersweet to have them move. As elated as I am for their achievements, it was difficult parting ways with such a brilliant group.
