I decided to go back to seeing Dr Shinwari after moving away since now they do telehealth. I used to get treatment from him back when his office was at Reid Hospital and everything was great. This time it took months to even get my first appointment and now they tell me they need up to 7 days notice to get a refill. Today I've called many times but I never can speak to a person and the only way is to leave a voicemail.

I've had the BEST experience and care from Reid Outpatient Behavioral Health than ANY other place I've been a patient at or with. Dr. Oladapo is an outstanding, compassionate, genuine doctor who has been very successful in treating me and is ongoing. His office and nursing staff are tremendously helpful, friendly, compassionate and appreciated! Thank you!

Gave 2 stars because the staff was great. But....My childrens doctor was pushy forceful and rude. Completely unwilling to take any input or informed decisions of mine into account regarding my children. Especially concerning immunizations and breastfeeding. I am not unwilling to vaccinate but do not feel comfortable having 5 to 8 vaccines done at once just because its inconvenient to this particular office. I feel strongly about breastfeeding and wasn't supported there at all.
Found another doctor at a neighboring office willing to hear me and support my family.

Excellent Doctor and very friendly nurses. 2 stars because I can never get an appointment in the afternoon. Will be looking into switching doctors. My husband and I both work and can’t always get off work at a moments notice. We have to use the urgent care way too much because of this.

I've been dealing with the ped center since I was an infant and throughout the years the doctors may change but the quality of care has never; well for the worst anyways. The practitioners are courteous, conscientious, caring, patient, and understanding. If you need help after hours there is always a nurse or dr on call willing to help or get you the help you need.

I have never been a fan of Reid for many reasons over the years. That's why I wasn't excited when my NP moved there.
Long story short... I followed her and this has been a great experience. Everyone in the building asks what they can do for you.

I’m not a Reid fan at all but they knocked it out of the park with their team. Richard Beck is the best therapist ever ever had that has been able to leave me feeling understood and optimistic instead of lost angry and hurt.

Excellent doctor. Dr. Shah is very personable so I'm comfortable enough to be honest or forthcoming of anything,emotion,situation,etc. It's new to me I'm used to hiding emotions/feelings.
