Everytime I come for an appointment, I check in and STILL have to wait 1-2 hrs to be seen. Today specifically, I originally had a telehealth appointment at 8:30am because I only need refills on my asthma medication. They called me to confirm a few mins before the appointment and said the doctor should call me shortly. I waited and hr before calling back, they said he's behind and there's 3 patients in front of me. Waited 3 more hrs, still never called. I called back she said she's gonna put me in so he calls me when he gets back from lunch. I get a call back from the front desk saying the doctor wants me to come in. So I make an appointment at 6:45pm. Checked in, waited 40 mins, asked where I was in line and they said the system says I've already been seen. I'm livid at this point because I've been taking these meds for years. I didn't need to see the doctor. Here I am 8:05pm, waiting for the doctor to come in my room so I can confirm i still have asthma. This place is a joke. Another lady waited over 2 hrs before checking to see when she would be called and they said, "they didn't call you back". What the hell is going on over here?
