I called this facility on Monday @2:30 pm. Voice message says they will call back within 24 hours. I live in Cuba and was already in Canton on Tuesday for other errands. I stopped to see if I could just do my registration in person, the lady at the front desk had no business working there. She was very rude and hateful. It took a lot for me to even reach out for help and this lady is what makes it even harder. She said “this is exactly why we do things over the phone, it’s just easier.” And then scuffs at me. I walked out, and it’s Wednesday and have yet to receive a call back for intake. This place is a joke

Every time I come into this building, the lady at the front desk is never paying attention to the people trying to check in. She is always looking down at her phone. I have watched people stand at the window for several mins waiting for her to open it to check them in.
THAT is redic. And this isn't happening to just me, it's literally every person who walks in this place after me, I wait for my child for 30 mins to a hour during his sessions, and the whole time I'm watching this happen over and over and over.
Really think there needs to be some kind of reprocussions here cuz that's REDIC

I got more out of the original intake session than with Tammy the councilor that I was set up with. My appointment was at 1pm and Tammy did not come and get me from the waiting room until 1:14pm. At 1:29pm she said that my session was over. Not even 15 minutes. They made me more upset than I was already. Seek treatment elsewhere!

I went for three years, it helped at first, but I felt like I couldn't get any deeper into my issues because the therapy wasn't specialized enough. Definately didn't feel like trust was established either.

I have had nothing but issues with this place. After my original intake my therapy appointment was changed by them 3 times, I finally got in and began level one substance abuse treatment remotely. My therapist was changed after three groups and I was informed that they had me listed wrong trauma instead of substance abuse, so those three wouldn't count. I called and had that corrected by an admin. Last week I specifically asked about groups being returned to in person and was told they would remain remote. Apparently they decided all services are back to in person and failed to notify me soI missed a group today. What a joke for mental health services. I would never recommend them. The therapists are good but it's a cluster exploitive.
