I was recommended to this place, along with a lot of other places, by my son's primary care doctor. I left a voicemail and it took them almost a month to get back to me and then I talked to someone who I could barely understand because his English was so broken on top of being very pushy and I have been getting spammed by email and text multiple times a day ever since that phone call. I was going to use these guys because of the reviews and the recommendations but I'm having second thoughts now and I think I'll be looking for other avenues if this is how they conduct business with clients.

Amazing experience all the way around! Excellent customer service, and answered any questions promptly and even got Rx refills same day! My depressed, anxiety ridden son, has made huge improvements with his mental health, and I have the doctors and assistants here to thank!!! Thank you from a worried mother!

Our experience in office has been great. Gina Wolff has been wonderful to my child. The Mindweal app and billing has been challenging. Usually the billing comes as an “overdue balance” notification but that is the first notice. And the payment link expires rather quickly if not paid immediately. Scheduling has also been a little confusing for in office vs virtual, but that could have been my fault.

Natasha is great, my four stars is how hard it is to reach out to her. I understand needing privacy, security, etc, but to have to wait for the office to contact her, to contact me is not very efficient. But, that being said, she's helping us to the best of her ability.
