Dr. Chawla always felt rushed and flippant in our discussions. No real concern or empathy. Usually late on all my appts. And never spent more than 5 mins with me. Her office staff is even worse. Zero willingness to help patients or do what’s right. I’m owed a copay I was overcharged MONTHS ago, have my insurance and other reps involved and they refuse to refund and won’t answer emails, calls, etc. Horrible customer service!!! Proving that all they or Dr. Chawla care about is people’s money.

Dr.Chawla attended my son since he was around 12 years old until today (19). Dr. Chawla is honest and values what parents thoughts concerning medication and concerns. She listens and make the hard questions to patient in order to have them realize what is happening. The office response has always been on point, friendly and courteous staff. Flexibility and telehealh option. I am thankful for Dr.Chawla and her expertise. You want someone to be straight with you and that considers how you feel with the medication, this is your person. Thank you Dr. Chawla for all your support during all this years. I don't think we could have made it without your help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chawla since 2018. From the very beginning she took the time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, Dr. Chawla has made medication adjustments that have made a significant improvement in my quality of life. In fact, I didn't realize how over-medicated I was until these adjustments were made. To say that I trust Dr. Chawla (and her amazing staff) with my care would be an understatement. Her office manager, Edith, is incredibly helpful and responsive. Edith has always made sure prior authorizations are taken care of quickly. I would 10/10 recommend Midwest Wellness Center Associates.

I am so glad that my husband and I found Dr. Chawla. She is a fabulous doctor who has changed my life. Before seeing her, I had problems working, driving, having friends, among other things. Today I'm a totally different person, and it is all thanks to Dr. Chawla. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is and I am so lucky to be her patient.

Horrible experience with this group / office. Staff is rude and completely unorganized. I often waited days for a response to calls. Stay away!!!
