Working with Mentor TV for an upgrade to our theatre was so wonderful. Paul and Sam were patient during training. The quality of the equipment is outstanding. They were not much more than the “big box store” and the value you get in product and customer service was worth every penny!!

We purchased a new TV from Mentor TV and had them install it on the brick above the fireplace in our home. The professional installers were Paul and Sam. They did an outstanding job. Paul and Sam were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had to install wire mold to conceal the wiring. We were very pleased with the final appearance. They covered our flooring with protective pads during the install and removed all packaging when complete.

We would highly recommend Mentor TV to anyone considering having a TV installed in their home.

I have been going to Mentor TV for years going back to the 90’s their knowledge and service is just the best!!! They help me thru 4 Sony flagship TVs over the year's. recently, I visit Mentor TV again as Tracy meeting me at the door I asked for Jack she sent me in the right direction. I ordered another Sony TV, the A95L. Had them deliver it because it is the biggest TV I’ve purchased, being a 77 inch.Paul and Sam set it up for me and they really know what there doing they had it set up in no time. Very helpful and good peeps.Highly recommend them. Now let me tell you WOW what a TV. I have been enjoying it for the last few months this thing is just gorgeous sitting in my living room. So I just want to thank you Mentor TV and staff for another great purchase ?

You can’t go wrong buying from Mentor TV. From the buying process to the installation process they are very professional and the best as far as I am concerned. I have been using them for over 15 years and have had all great experiences.
They do so much in the audio and visual process. I built a new home 4 years ago and they pre wired my home for all my audio and tv requirements so when I moved in they installed all my equipment.
Great service and quality products is what this company is about.

Just left Mentor TV after a great experiece with everyone there ! Tracey greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, I was carrying an old piece of stereo equipment to possibly be repaired. After looking at my options and talking to Jack, I walked out with a brand new CD player at a very fair price. Phil even assisted me with transporting my old stuff back to the car!! Extremely satisfied after being so disappointed at a big box store yesterday. Thank you again to the staff at Mentor TV and I'll definitely be back !!

Been going there for years. They installed state of the art audio and video in my house in 2005. In wall speakers, distributed audio control in each room and decks.

If you want it done right, this is the place!
