I have been living here for the past 5 years. However, last May, due to some of my personal difficulties, I temporarily moved away and returned here again on December 1st. Because I really love to live in this apartment. I find Lorraine to be a bit strict at times but her strict attitude is ultimately necessary for the maintenance of this properties and providing equal opportunities to everyone. Her dedication and commitment towards her work is truly unmatched.

Very well maintained. I don't live here but i drive my small bus there to pick a student on my small school bus. Always impressed with the constant grounds maintainence and the outward appearence

Lorriane the complex manager just really makes it ungodly to live here. The redeeming quality would be the trees around the complex, which isn't exactly a specialty. It's really hard to enjoy even that (and to park) when the entire site is used as a dumping ground for all of their equipment, trucks, machines, tools nails, rocks, broken pieces, dirt, etc. It just makes the place look miserable and a bit abandoned. Anything you can try to enjoy is usually soured by Lorraine just being overtly awful to anyone in her vicinity. I'd say just stay locked up in your apartment but... woman will come busting in whenever she feels like it. As much as I want to enjoy living here and as much as I want the 1400 dollars a month to somehow be worth it- it's just not.

Have been here for about a year and overall really enjoy living at Mentor Mall Village. Loraine is extremely helpful and really cares about the well being of the complex. I appreciate the maintenance and grounds staff for being attentive, they work sun up to sun down maintaining the complex. Only complaint I have is the lack of security cameras in the back parking lot. There has been issues with car vandalism and people walking off the street from the mall behind into the complex that do not live in it. However its an easy fix if you install a ring doorbell or camera system. There are tons of kids in the complex, my boys have made several friends. The pool area is great during the summer!

Lorriane the complex manager is terrible to work with. She only cares about making money and not actually helping tenants when something comes up. When you put in a complaint about neighbors or anything in general she makes excuses and does nothing to fix the situation. In the spring and summer you can expect insects in your apartment from earwigs to bees to wasps ants. You literally have to beg her to have someone come out and spray. Windows are not insulated and leak water. No dishwasher. It is a very unsafe place. Very little lighting and no security cameras. Have people from the mall walking around the back fence cutting through. So if you have kids you cant just let them play outside. Cameras were promised to be put in and never happened. Laundry is very expensive. The rent is outrageous for what the apartment is. AC unit does nothing in the summer time and there is no AC window unit upstairs. All in all this is a terribly managed facility and I will not recommend this to anyone. If i could give this zero stars I would.

This agency and landlord sucks.
They like to kick people out of their homes when they don't have any reasons and their tenants don't violate their lease. Don't rent from this agency if you have kids with special needs because you can expect the same discriminatory treatment.
The electric is fuse boxes from the 50s. Youll be lucky if your house doesn't catch on fire with the recalls to the box. Which they refuse to fix.
That doesn't even count for the mold and mildew issues they refuse to fix.
How about the fact that there is no central air when I am paying 1100/month and am told to sleep downstairs during the hot nights because we can't get window units but the other tenants are allowed?
I'm sure they will love me suing them.
Rating F. Trust me they will ruin your life. Do NOT rent from these guys. You'll thank me later.
PS I totally expect them to delete this. But I am telling you who see this. Do NOT make the same mistake I've made. Save yourself the heartbreak.

Convenient location, but the climate control is awful. We got an air mattress for the living room next to the AC wall unit and slept on that while our roommate slept on the couch next to us, because the bedrooms upstairs were over 80° even with multiple fans trying to direct air flow.
