The staff is EXTREMELY nice on the phone , makes me excited to group therapy.
I haven't had an in person Visit yet, so far just my phone call/video to get ready for group therapy.
It's nothing to be ashamed or afraid of.

They claim to care about your mental health. Then after 6 months of counseling and making progress, they tell you they no longer accept your insurance. They deny people who have dual options, also known as the poor persons insurance. Then you are left with no counseling and no options for mental healthcare. There are just no providers that want to deal with people that are poor and all the paperwork that the insurance companies ask for. I cannot doing anything to change my disability and due to my disability I cannot change my financial situation to pay for mental healthcare out of pocket. MBHC suggested that I visit there outpatient clinic downtown Springfield. I went there and that was a horrid experience. I don't want to be pushed around from counselor to counselor, it's ridiculous to have to repeat your trauma to a different person every time. What a waste of taxpayer money. What a waste of my time. Do not seek care from MBHC or the other related MBHC, it will only end in tears, frustration and a greater desire for suicide. I gave one star because it was required not because you earned it. 0 stars for lying that you care and your entire worthless program.
