New Year's Eve 2023 for me was the worst ever due to the health new I received from my doctor. I had never been so angry, bitter and sad for the future of my life. Enter Emilia Subev, nutritionist. Referred to her by my doctor. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical but was willing to hear what she had to say regarding my health concerns. Not just one health concern but a couple more thrown in there just for good measure. Emilia and I met the first week of January 2024, reviewed and discussed my health issues. She devised a meal and exercise plan and assured me that if I followed it, that my health issues would correct themselves and that I would not need to be placed on any prescription drugs. Exactly what I wanted to avoid! I just had my appointment with Emilia on January 6, 2025 and shared with her the lab report of a week ago from my doctor. My Health issues had corrected themselves! Happy New Year indeed! Thank you, Emilia, I am truly grateful and blessed in having met you. Thank you for helping me. But most of all for all your knowledge! You know your stuff lady!

For a couple of years following colon surgery, my energy was way down and I was feeling like I couldn't leave the house for fear I would need to use the bathroom.
