I was encouraged to see Meg from a friend who had worked with her when he was going through his divorce. I appreciate that she immediately set the tone that our sessions would not be used to bash family members, but to work on how I could be a better dad and take care of myself during this life change. I could not imagine making these changes without her genuine kindness and support. I can only speak from a man's perspective, so if you find yourself in this situation, just know she's a true gift to her profession.

Meg has been a valuable resource to me for the last 12 years of adult life. She has coached me through raising young children and career changes and starting a business, to surgical procedures… I know my mental health is much better as a result of my time with her. I have learned all of her phrases and integrate those into my real life, enabling me to have a new voice in my head that I can use to be helpful to others. She is the kind of woman who I’d love to be friends with if our circumstances were different, but having Meg as my long-term therapist (while on and off) has been a true blessing. I would not be the woman I am today without her guidance and professional sessions and for that I am grateful.
