We were referred for autism testing for my daughter and the therapist Megan was absolutely an angel! She made the process so smooth and made us feel so secure. She was very easy to talk to. Most of our visits were over the phone but when we had an in person appointment she got in the floor and played with my daughter and let her get comfortable at her own pace. I'm so very grateful for her and I had a wonderful experience here!

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. My experience with LifeThrive has been very poor. Things have been billed incorrectly, I've been charged for things that I shouldn't have been. The management or support staff deflects and denies everything without taking any responsibility for their mistakes. If you are a patient here, watch your insurance EOBs like a hawk...that's all I will say.

Such a cluster. We were referred for toddler (2.5) autism assessment. Were sent multiple intake forms that were not applicable to us. After doing the over 100 page - no kidding - intake, we were asked to come in for what we thought was the evaluation. No, it was just the exact same intake form being read aloud with our answers. When I struggled to answer because some normal toddler behaviors are similar to autism actions, the intake person admitted she knew nothing about toddler milestones and couldn’t help answer. We were then told we would be doing 3 assessments, one being ADHD. The first assessment was just a person reading questions off while our toddler terrorized the room because there is nothing for toddlers to explore during testing. We were then told we couldn’t do the ADHD test for another month but we could do it over the phone. Today is the appointment day as I wrote down and put in my phone, yet no appointment marked under our account, no confirmation or reminder emails, texts, or calls. Have tried to call for hours and got hung up on and full voicemail. But I’m sure we will get charged that fee despite no record of the appointment. After talking to our doctor, this is not the appropriate age for ADHD assessments and I believe this facility has no idea what it’s doing when it comes to toddler assessments quite frankly. If you’re thinking of coming here to get around the 6 month + wait everywhere else…just wait for somewhere else.

OWNER DENIED FEDERAL LAW & CHARGES $180

after the owner of the Marion office who was doing my TMS treatment told me dogs are not allowed in the building I then informed her that it was a service dog. she said well you have to have vaccination records and certification for the service dog. As anyone who is educated on service dogs may know there is no certification process in the United States of America for service dogs and vaccination records are not required for public entry to a public building and I informed her of the law and encouraged her to look at the service dog section of ada.gov. she then denied me access to going to my therapy appointment that was after my TMS session, her behavior was outrageous for any therapy or mental health facility from stomping down the hallway to yelling in opposition to federal law actions of which triggered my PTSD and put me into a panic attack. The police were called only to tell her "we don't want to have to arrest you" and inform her she was straight up wrong. All this said I am left with a $180 missed appointment bill and more trauma then I walked into the building with. If I could give this place less than one star I would

Happy to say that I love this place although at times the billing is a bit of a struggle it is worth it for the great people. Everyone is polite and it has a nice vibe. I've seen two people here, Austin, who does my therapy and is a great guy to work with who takes me seriously and never diminishes my emotions or concerns, and the lady who handles the TMS machine who was very nice and accommodating with a bubbly personality. I personally recommend this place if you are able to put up with some billing issues to receive wonderful mental care and improvement. I can confidently say this place saved my life(:

LifeThrive has a personnel issue. They have a high rate of employee turnover. They canceled three appointments with me within a two-month period.
