The therapist was very helpful for my daughter. The billing department is a problem. No one answers the phone and it took over a week for someone to return my call. I was not able to answer when they called, so now I’m back to waiting and waiting for a return call. I can’t schedule another appointment until a get the billing situation sorted out, so it may be weeks before I can schedule another session for her. It’s frustrating bc society keeps pushing people to use mental health services, but it so difficult access the services. Makes me feel like LifeStance doesn’t care.
