I am giving 2 stars because my practitioners are amazing.. my therapist and prescriber for medication.. however that is a very generous rating. The front desk staff is incompetent. As far as front desk goes.. they asked me how to enter my insurance information (off my insurance card) to THEIR system at the beginning of the year.. and into 2024 they told me they did not have insurance info from me and my total bill reflected of them not charging my insurance and was recommended not paying until the issue with insurance was sorted out. Meanwhile, my insurance was the same as they had on file the entire time and the insurance was actually being charged/factored in entire year of 2024 but ended up with an outstanding bill for the entire year due to this recommendation by 2 different people in billing.. 99% of the time you can’t even get somebody on the phone at this location. The people/company that runs this place are dog shit. Without the current practitioners (that they are lucky to have) I would never come back here. So much for helping people with their mental health.

I would not recommend this place. The therapist get too invested and they end up dropping the ball when you need them the most costing you more money. Please do your research and avoid this place. Their head therapist ( Mr. Bellatramo) is very rude and unprofessional. If you have a problem, you can't turn to him. He hung up on me while I was emotionally distraught, while 8 months pregnant. Instead of helping the situation they make it worse and we're never even sorry about it. Now almost 2 years later I haven't heard from them and they're randomly sending me a $90 bill and are blocking my email address and their mailbox is full and I can't reach anyone. I need to know where this bill is coming from and I'm not getting answers. Please do not go here
