UPDATE 3/12/25: I received a call from Dr. Landstrom describing some extenuating circumstances (a force majeure situation) and guaranteeing I would receive the reports next week. I will update accordingly.

I like Dr. Landstrom a lot. He’s intelligent, personable, knowledgeable in his field, and patient and thorough in his explanations. He provided our family truly life-changing insight and advice during our neuropsychological testing follow-up calls.

HOWEVER, we STILL don’t have our neuropsychological reports. It has been nearly a YEAR since I was tested and NINE MONTHS since my kid was tested!

I’m a very patient and understanding person. For several months, I assumed the practice was just very busy, but after emailing and calling several times over the past 3 months with no responses, I’m extremely put out.

In short: This really sucks.

The has genuinely been the worst customer experience I have ever had and I’m reaching out to my credit card company to ask for a refund of all payments for goods not delivered. When I scheduled my neuropsych exam I was told I would receive my final write up in 4-6 weeks to share with my psychiatrist. The day of my exam I was told 8 weeks “give or take”. At 9 weeks I followed up and was told she would “put a note in for the report”. At 13 weeks I followed up and was told that the report isn’t even started until 3/4 of the payment plan is completed (never communicated to me when I set up the plan), but I think, “ok, they’re starting it now” at 13 weeks post exam (let’s disregard the questionable validity of a report not even started until 3 months after the testing). I followed up again - no response. Followed up again- “our servers are down and IT is working on it.” We are now 26 (26!!!!) weeks out and still no final report. Not once has ANYONE from their office reached out to give me an update, clarify process, or provide any sort of customer support. Even my psychiatrist was appalled and questioning their practices. I suspect I’ll never receive the final product that I’m paying over $1400 for- and even worse that if I do receive it, I can’t even trust the results based on the lack of communication and transparency at this office. Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. OH! Another fun fact- you never meet or see Dr Landstrom! A 1 hr phone chat with him, an intern(?) does the exam, and then a follow up zoom style where his camera is off and he only shows his computer screen. Genuinely considering if I’ve been scammed.

I am so pleased with this center, i have recommended it to so many people who wonder if they have adhd, autism, etc. Dr Landstrom has been SO thorough, he takes his time explaining everything, and intake and report are so thorough. You are highly recommended in my book and so is this facility. Thank you Dr. Landstrom & the Landstrom center!

My family has been using their therapy and testing services for several years. The company as a whole is very professional. Every therapist has been well matched to family members and extremely helpful to work with as individuals and a family. Testing was thorough and we received results quickly. We were apprised of the process beforehand and it went as planned. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with Landstrom. Even though choosing a therapist is an extremely personal decision, I would definitely recommend Landstrom based on my family’s experience.

"My report contained several glaring inaccuracies, including claims that were completely untrue and unreflective of my history or lifestyle. The communication throughout the process was poor, leaving me frustrated. I chose to get retested at another facility, and the results were vastly different and much more accurate.

Please do yourself a favor and do not receive services here. I’m a therapist and group practice owner. I attended the Landstrom Center for ADHD testing here and was given a pep talk of “your scores are in line with people who mentally retarded or are incarcerated” midway through the testing. A majority of the staff are interns. The fact that this is a training center is a joke. I hope this place turns it around because i genuinely like Dr. Landstrom. However as a clinic, this place falls short.

I had an evaluation in the first week of January 2023 and it’s August 30 and I’m still waiting for my evaluation report. I would not recommend this place.

Shortly after I left this review, I finally received my report in mid-September. The report was very thorough. I feel like the results were high quality, but the service and interaction could be improved significantly. Simply setting better expectations with the client and providing more frequent feedback on the status of the report would have made me feel better. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3.

I was able to get my child in for testing very quickly and get answers after only a week. Beyond what I had even hoped for. We traveled from another state because waitlists are so long for testing where we live. Dr. Oster was very thorough and clear. The financial department was very helpful and nice. Very grateful for them during this stressful time.
