We went to this store to buy shoes. Although there weren't many customers, the staff preferred to chat and hang around rather than offer service. When we approached a staff member for our size and expressed our intention to buy, they almost ignored us, only remembering to return and confirm after a few minutes of lingering. If we weren't in a hurry, we definitely wouldn't have shopped at this store.

I came in to browse the shoe selection because I am home from school and wanted to get myself a new pair of new shoes. I found a pair I like and wanted to try on. I waited for a sales representative and no one came or asked if I needed anything. I came to the front register for assistance, all the workers were there standing and looking at me, but no one offered to help me. Once they realized I was looking at them, they walked away and STILL did not ask if I needed any help. I finally was helped after someone at the register was done checking out and I was brought the two sizes I wanted to try. The sales representative gave me a shoe of each size I asked for, took the boxes, left me and didn’t come back to ask how they were, my thoughts on them or to ask if I needed another size. I take note of this because I needed a smaller size and no one came to help. I waited, no one came up to me once during my entire shopping experience. I had to hunt them down like an animal. After this experience, I have no intentions of returning because of the very poor customer service that I received.

This place is always loud. The loudness of the music is sometimes overwhelming. I only gave 4 stars because every shoe my husband wanted, they didn't have in his size but he wears a 14 soooo‍♀️

Went to this store to buy my son some all white forces. The guy who helped me was nice but when I went to check out the young lady with red hair was so rude and unprofessional. Training your employees on customer service is highly suggested. I told her that she was being really rude and instead of apologizing she walked away from the transaction and went in the back. The manager had to complete my transaction. I should have took my money else where. I will not shop at this location ever again.
