I was recently gifted a Groupon for a Hydrafacial at Ina, i have been nervous to try a medical spa due to the high cost of facials however after experiencing the facial itself i can fully say it’s worth it! My provider was Melissa and she was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of all my questions around the process. She even explained the membership with me (which I’m now deeply considering because you get a monthly facial for the cost of the membership!) she wasn’t pushy or sales-y in our interactions, which I appreciate because some times that can be off-putting for someone who is new to the experience entirely!
I have a massage scheduled for next week with them and cannot wait to report back on how that will be. I anticipate it to be wonderful like the facial!
The perk of this spa is that they have nearly everything you could want in house. If I lived a wee bit closer it would be a problem, especially with the coffee bar addition!! 😂

Amazing studio for hot yoga and other practices. They are also a beauty salon for facial and body treatment. No matter why you are there, make sure to save some time to enjoy a sauna and a really good bathroom afterward - it's extremely great!

I’ve been spending time in Chicago a few weeks at a time and wish I’d found Ina sooner! I took a few different yoga/ barre classes here the past week and each time had a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the design and aesthetics of the space create a warm and calming environment. If Ina had a NYC location I would immediately purchase a membership ☻ Thank you Ina team for making this Chicago visit extra special ❤️ !

Beware of this place. My review is about their esthetician service only. The woman who did my facial was rushing because I was her last patient, which felt very inattentive. We went through a few rounds of different acids, and she couldn’t care less about them dripping into my eyes. I woke up with super swollen, puffy, and red eyelids and under eyes. Keep in mind it was the day of 12/31. I wanted to look extra cute for the New Year’s Eve!I called and went there immediately, but no one cared about my issue. The esthetician tried to gaslight me by saying “everything looks fine” and even lied about the front desk person leaving early. When the front desk woman finally appeared at her desk, she was no help either. She sheepishly told me she couldn’t do anything about it except offer a free yoga class? I obviously declined. Professionalism: 0, equipment cleanliness: 0, customer service: 0.

Hi there my name is Cisa . I booked a session with Ondreya Ortiz for a signature facial . I have to say for my first time here my experience was not just great but the energy she had was incredible I highly recommend her and definitely knows what she is doing . I felt so comfortable I feel asleep and now I’m so refreshed. Thank you so much INA signature facial . The staff was outstanding and friendly. My favorite ❤️ place now.

I recently had my first experience at Ina, and as a business owner in the service industry, I was left underwhelmed by my visit. My partner gifted me the Urban Serenity Escape package for my birthday because he knew I’d been excited to try this place since they opened. The package included acupuncture, an infrared sauna pod, a collagen mask, and an Ina bath soak.

After he purchased the package, I received an email with instructions to download the Mommence app. However, there were no clear directions on how to book my appointment. While I’m usually comfortable navigating apps, this one was confusing—it only displayed a list of classes, none of which included the Serenity Escape package. I eventually called the spa for help. The receptionist greeted me kindly and transferred me to someone else. However, when the gentleman answered, there was no proper greeting—he simply asked for my name and when I wanted to book. The lack of professionalism caught me off guard. He scheduled my appointment and mentioned that I could email them if I needed further assistance.

The week of my appointment, I emailed to ask about recommended attire and whether I needed to bring anything, but I never received a response. On the day of my visit, I had to hope I was prepared.

When I arrived, the aesthetic was clean and cozy, and I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and my acupuncturist, Katie Fortman. Katie was the highlight of my visit—her exceptional customer care made me feel at ease. She walked me through the process and created a comforting atmosphere during my acupuncture session.

Afterward, Katie guided me to the next room for the sauna pod and facial mask. She explained how to use the sauna pod before leaving me to enjoy it. The experience was relaxing, and I could feel the benefits of sweating out toxins. However, the sauna heat burned the top of my right breast. I didn’t realize it was happening until there were only 10 minutes left, and I felt a burning sensation. After finishing, I noticed an infographic on the counter with instructions for the sauna, including a warning to keep your chest six inches away from the heat source. I wish I had been shown this before starting or that the instructions were displayed more prominently.

After the sauna session, I wasn’t sure what to do next. I waited for about 10 minutes before going to the front desk for guidance. When I approached, the staff seemed immersed in their conversation and gave the impression that I was interrupting. This lack of hospitality made me feel uncomfortable. When I finally asked for assistance, the staff member told me the locker room was available for my use and that I could explore the remaining amenities on my own.

I was shocked by the lack of direction and care throughout my visit. As a first-time guest, I expected a more guided experience and an effort to make me feel welcomed. Instead, I felt like an afterthought. Even as I left, the staff remained engaged in their personal conversation, without any acknowledgment of my departure or inquiry about my experience.

While I did enjoy parts of the visit—thanks largely to Katie—I was disappointed overall. The lack of hospitality, communication, and attention to detail left me feeling more like a burden than a valued client. As someone passionate about customer service, I believe Ina has significant room for improvement. I left feeling rejuvenated from the treatments but deeply disappointed in the experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don’t plan to return.

I’ve been to ina 10+ times for services with Oni, her and the staff are incredibly accommodating. I’m always greeted at the door. I leave here feeling relaxed & incredible!!!! I can’t stop looking at the mirror my eyebrows, my lashes, my skin!!

I have found a true home at Ina.
It is a sanctuary in the River North neighborhood that offers everything under the sun, trained and highly skilled estheticians, physical therapists, doctors, lab work, blood work, sauna...a very integrated eastern and western medicine approach which i find to be a true beacon of achieving better health. (+NAD, IVs, Sauna Pod, Detox, Botox, private and group workouts--the list never ends!). The heated studio is home to many classes including pilates, HIIT, yoga, sound baths, breath work.

I particularly love Onnie or Alena for my facials and Katie for my massage, though i havent tried anyone else. Everything is fabulous. Alena and onnie make you feel so loved and hydrated during facials. its like you are being transported to another galaxy and come out a super dewy hydrated and happier human. Katie is an excellent physical therapist that addresses the roots of true tension by focusing on key areas in the body that manifest a lot of pain ie. the jaw, palms, etc. Everything feels functional and healing -- showing the clients that there is the ability to experience less pain and greater agility if you are willing to give the time and effort.

Please check them out, you wont be mad you did. Locally owned by the hardest working and truly passionate team.
