What a wonderful experience with my co-workers! I definitely got more out of this than the children did. I truly admire the entire staff. The kids are so adorable and were so excited to work together to create our artwork.

The overall service is great for parents who work to make a living. The location is clean and the employees are friendly and try to keep the time there as quick as possible. However, the operating hours are NOT accommodating to working parents. Which is very ironic being that one of the very points in utilizing the service is to be able to go to work

The two security guards in front are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk about clients in front of them to other employees. The employees themself were okay, answered questions very vaguely with no real answer. They said they couldn’t even see anything pertaining to my case which is absurd. Why even be open if cases can’t even be searched. At the end I was given my receipt but no additional information.

I’m upset I’m a provider. Me an the client applied back in may for me watching her children. We submitted all documents requested and today we get told that the client application was denied back in August and it’s October. No letter was sent out. they told us that we were approved a few weeks ago over the phone and a letter would be sent out. So now I’m not getting paid at all and plus this office has lost all my documents( the lady states she doesn’t see anything in the system for us)but I have the receipts(child care gave me) where I turned my information in. I called it says 16 minutes hold time and no one comes to the phone until 1 hour an 20 minutes(I just let the phone sit on the charger until someone answer. I went to the office an waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told that our information is still processing. I’m highly upset with this office.

Went in yesterday to have a certificate printed for my client. Experienced the most rude and unpleasant lady at the front desk! I could not believe it. If it happens again I will definitely make a complaint.

Very upset...
Every time I call, I am always on hold for a very long time. I called yesterday around 1pm and was on hold for over an hour, just to find out they closed on me while I was still on hold.
