I'm pretty unhappy with my experience at this location. I had two intake sessions before I went in for ketamine treatment. I had completed 6 sessions of IV induction at Innovative Psychedelics a week prior. During one of the intake sessions, I was asked how much I paid there. I responded $250. Her response was that is the same that Hopemark charges.

When I came in I was greeted by the nurse practitioner who was very nice. However, the provider who did the IV, while very nice, stabbed me 6 times. Twice on each arm and twice on my hand. Finally the next option was to get a ketamine injection. I agreed because I wanted to maintain my treatment. I wound up passing out asleep. My appointment was at 9:00 and I finally came to at nearly 11:00. I've never experienced anything like that at my previous clinic. Not to mention, I was fatigued the next few days and I fell back into my depression.

When I went back to the waiting room, I go to my email and see that at 10:10 AM, my credit card on file was processed for $350. I questioned the front desk person and explained that I was told that it was $250. Then she said I could call back and try to get the refund so I signed off on the charge. At Innovative Psychedelics, they ask for payment upfront. If I would have known it was $350 I would have left and gone to my previous location.

My husband and I have talked to numerous staff since and no one has been able to provide a resolution that encourages me to continue to give my business to this clinic. One of the directors even said that they would call me back within an hour and she never did. Hopemark's final response - since I signed off on the charge, I am responsible, despite the front desk person saying I could get a refund. I would not have signed it if this was the case.

I've been pretty frustrated with the entire experience. I was really hoping that they would make it right but this is not the case. While staff spoke like they cared about my experience, their actions showed me it was insincere. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I just completed my treatments yesterday. Angelica, Evan, Laura and Areeba were awesome. Dr Nazeer is so kind and compassionate. He takes his time and does not rush through your visit. The office is clean and professional looking. The atmosphere is very calming. I you are experiencing depression/anxiety, OCD, or need to quit smoking, they have a noninvasive treatment called Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or TMS. It requires 36 treatments, each lasting 20 minutes. Insurance covers the treatments. I noticed significant improvement in my depression and anxiety in just 10 treatments! Check them out. They are the best kept secret in the northwest suburbs. I’m spreading the word.💞

I absolutely love this place. Was first turned on to this place through Dr. Courtney Potempa who works for a local drug rehab facility. Once starting there, Kalindi Patel has taken care of me and listened to me every step of the way. This woman, like Courtney, is an angel!

I completed the entire Spravato (nasal ketamine treatment), and have now moved to ketamine infusion therapy via IV weekly now for over 5 weeks. Spravato worked in less time, but once the ketamine infusion his the right dosage sweet spot, it's a game changer!

Dr. Abid Nazeer spent over an hour on the phone explaining the differences, the risks vs. rewards in changing up from Spravato to Ketamine IV Infusion, etc. He could not have made me feel like a more valued patient than when he did that. I wasn't a dollar sign to him, I was a patient with hopes of getting better emotionally and mentally.

Dr. Stephanie Q has only been working with me very recently, but with her help, I decided to become one of the first few people to mix Ketamine with Psychotherapy. Being a therapist myself I was skeptical. So far, so good though. She's an incredible listener, asks ACTUAL thought provoking questions as well as helps set intentions with the Ketamine IV. Very excited to see this to fruition and hopeful that growth will happen!

FINALLY... Angelica who's always there with a while when I arrive, is pure gold. She's always so kind on the phone when I need help with anything or need to see the doctor's ASAP. I'm always treated like a part of their family / community. I adore her and hope she never goes anywhere else! I also just started with Juana, and she's been nothing shy of sheer pleasure! Honestly, whoever is in charge of their HR is nailing it. I've never had a bad experience when I go here. Good on all of you! You make your patients feel validated and important / worth helping.

The Dr was waving at and saying hi to people during my private virtual appointment.
Three appointments and the Dr didn’t bother to learn my name, but did try to sell me treatments irrelevant to my situation. Very difficult to get in contact with the office to even get them to refill the prescription. I had to take multiple days off my meds bc the didn’t send in the refill.
