My wife and I moved to the area recently and needed to find a new family dentist. After careful searching, we decided on Dr. Rusch’s practice, as we saw he specializes in caring for patients with TMJ issues. The staff at Hagerstown Family Dentistry were so welcoming and friendly! We were made to feel right at home. They were able to get my wife and I in on the same day back-to-back scheduling so that we only needed to make one trip between the 2 of us.
We were both very pleased with the care and attention we received. It’s a comfort to know we are in good hands when it comes to our dental care.

They are AWESOME!! They were a no wait hardly at all in the waiting room, nice clean office and dentist areas; I can't forget to mention the friendliest stuff from receptionist to the Assistant (which I wish I could remember her name) but she was great no matter what, and the fast and friendly dentist herself. I have say honestly as a female it was nice to actually have a female dentist: I feel more open with but only because I am female that's all..
But like I said they are Awesome. !!!

Always get in at time of appointment and the people are always friendly. The dentists, the dental assistants and front desk always greet you with a smile. The results are not always what you like, but that's life or do much Mountain Dew. Dang cavities. Hopefully better luck on next cleaning, after my cavity appointments. You win some, you lose some, just like them slot machines.

Dr. Mark is wonderful at his job. Two sets of dentures in the last few years and they have both been excellent fits. Will never see anyone else as long as you are with HFD! AND the staff is probably the friendliest and most helpful people you'd ever meet! THANK YOU ALL!

The Dr and Nurse were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They weren't accepting new HiP patients but Crystal helped me out and I really appreciate it. I really hope my insurance covers my next visit.

I would highly recommend Hagerstown Family Dentistry, I have been a patient with them for over 2 yrs. Every appointment you feel like you are their no#1 concern, today i had a crown procedure, went smooth as always, entire staff is very personable!

Today was my first visit to Hagerstown Family Dentistry. I am beyond pleased with my experience with the entire staff! From front desk to the dentist. Everyone explained every step in detail as to what was going to take place on this visit as well as others. I highly recommend their care to all.
