I called to schedule an appointment with them as my mental health has been extremely poor and I wanted to start going to therapy again finally. Called and gave them my insurance card, and they never called me back. They only ever answered my first call. I have left several voicemails with my phone number and still have not heard back. A lot of people struggle with even getting to the point where they feel ready to go to therapy, and not contacting potential clients back is not going to help that.

Guada Psychological Services and their team has been with me for over a year. I do very much so like this company. They have always been great to me. I've went through three therapists in the course of a year. However I didn't want to change therapists, unfortunately sometimes that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Since day one they have been very helpful. I love the reminders we get for our appointments, as well as our emails if anything changes. The therapist on staff are really great. I am now working with Jay, and she's very professional and polite! She always so cheerful and pleasant with our conversations. I just hope I can continue on this road with her and not someone new again. Overall I think this team really works well. As well as very understanding. Thank you all so much!
