The ER doesn't even deserve a 1 star, they deserve none for how ridiculous they treat people. My son got diagnosed with RSV 3 days ago & I took his temp today & it went from 107 to 106.8 so I rushed him to the ER where I sat for 2hrs watching everyone who came in after us get called back & they completely ignored us. Last time I checked 105 was dangerous for kids especially toddlers & newborns well my 1yr old was the one I had to rush to the ER & they just treated it like a joke & we never got seen. Their ridiculous & a waste of time & one of the doctors for sure that I know that currently works there has an expired medical license but is still allowed to work there & LOVES telling patients their fine without doing a proper exam.

My grandpa spent a week in the ICU. I flew in to see him and the staff from the reception when I first arrived to the nurses lab techs oxygen treatment and maintenance employees were just so warm and friendly. The ICU staff made my grandpa feel like family. Very thankful he was in good hands.

If I could give zero stars I would. I could be on the verge of death and still would not go to this hospital. I would not trust them with your life. Dr Bernard has no problem lying straight to your face. Very rude and inconsiderate

On July 3, 2024, I rushed my Sister to Graham Emergency Room to be, hopefully, treated asap for a heat stroke with dehydration. We spent 40 minutes in the waiting room while my Sister cried out in misery with cramps in her arms, back, and neck. We fought to hydrate her with a bottle of water that we could only give her sips of before she would cramp again.
I thought at one point, the staff were finally going to come out and take her in for assistance, but instead the receptionist opened the door for a member of the nursing staff to collect the pizzas that were delivered to the facility. My ire increased when a pizza delivery was more important than the care and well being of the people seeking help from the staff.
I asked my sweetheart to keep an eye on my Sister as I went outside and called 911 for my Sister at the Graham Emergency waiting room! I begged the Fulton County Rescue team to come assist my Sister while she waited to be seen. They were sending out the Rescue Squad when the doors finally opened and my Sister was wheeled back to be treated. I cancelled the call and as I was rushing back to be with my Sister, I heard my call being relayed to the staff as cancelled.
My question is was my call the prompt to get the ER staff to finally retrieve my Sister? And why is a pizza delivery more important than the injured folks in the Waiting Room?!?
All in all, my faith in Graham Hospital is faltering. Luckily, my Sister was treated for Heat Exhaustion and given fluids through an IV to rehydrate her but if I hadn't made that call, would she have been worse off waiting to be treated?

2 YEAR UPDATE
I literally just cut my left quadricep in half with a chainsaw and as soon as I got there start to finish everyone was amazing and you couldn't ask for better service!!! The food I thought wasn't bad at all, your at a hospital people!!! If your ever there the BBQ pulled pork and mac n cheese is as good as I've ever eaten!!! Probably the top hospital I've ever been to s far as service and results! My Leg looks amazing and the scar is to damn good, I was hoping for a gnarly cool scar but they have it stitched up straight and tight and given the injury I honestly wasn't expecting such quality work, simply amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much for everything you ladies and gentlemen did for me God bless you all!!!!
2 year update! My leg is perfect as if it never happened. I've had zero issues or pain. Only way I can tell anything ever happen beside obviously know is the minimal scar I have on my thigh!!! I can't thank this hospital and staff enough!!!!

I went to convenient care 1st for possible diverticulitis. The Dr recommended going to Graham for a stat CT. I was very hesitant because of a bad experience 7 years ago. I was in so much pain, though there was no way I could travel to Peoria to Carle Hospital. My husband drove me to Graham Hospital and I checked in and I had to wait a bit because of emergencies which that happens. When I was taken and checked in the ER room, I was very impressed with how clean it was and I’m one of those that checks vents and I couldn’t get over how clean the vents the whole room. Everything was spotless. then I got the absolute pleasure of meeting Jeremiah who got an IV in to a woman who has terrible veins. He was on his knees and very calm and gave me assurance that he could do this without causing me harm. Jeremiah is one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. I can’t even begin to say how grateful and how truly astounded I was. Andrew Bryant, PA was excellent also. He listened, and I told him about severe allergies I have with Peg and polysorbate. I got the CT and was diagnosed with acute diverticulitis along with some other issues that I didn’t know I had. I was so impressed with Andrew Bryant because when he gave me my antibiotic, he didn’t add Flagyl, which is a normal med to add to any antibiotic with diverticulitis. He didn’t because he listen to me and Flagyl has polysorbate in it. The CT people were wonderful also and I’m telling you that hospital is clean. Kaeli my nurse after Jeremiah left was also very compassionate and excellent. I am now switching to doctors in the Canton area because of my experience with Graham Hospital. I was given a referral for a doctor here in town. I am very pleased to say that Graham did like a 200% turnaround and they have great people working there. Way to go, Graham!!

Just had my little brother there for an abscessed. Dr. Bernard was the doctor there. He went to numb my brothers mouth. He picked his gums one time. And just pushed the rest on the surface of his gums. Didn’t give it time to take effect and just lanced it open without it numbing his mouth!! His bedside manner was completely trash!! He is extremely rude!!! I wouldn’t take my goldfish there!!! This kind of thing makes people not want to go the hospital!! Will definitely be filing a complaint, first thing in the morning!!!

The ER was wonderful, welcoming, kind, polite and extremely professional. The receptionist, ekg fella, x ray tech, the doctor and nurses all them were amazing! I highly recommend Graham Hospital! 10 out of 10 service! Hands down will choose them in the future.
