Just from Michelle's web page it is immediately a very open atmosphere, and feels very safe. Before going to her I had no idea what hunger cues were I had constant stomach pain and bloating and was displaying significant disordered eating patterns. After working with Michelle I have maintained my goal, and opened up to trying foods I never considered. My negative thoughts surrounding self worth and eating have dissipated significantly. I would recommend her highly. Especially if you are looking to find more natural solutions to GI problems rather than pills that in many cases worsen the issue when used long term.

Michelle is one of the most compassionate humans I have ever encountered and is exactly the person you want to have on your treatment team. She is truly an expert in her field, but even more so than that, she offers such kindness to her clients and works exceedingly hard to meet people where they're at. It is in part because of her that I'm alive and here today, able to live my best life and pursue my dreams outside of what had become a debilitating eating disorder.
