Dr Jessica has changed my life. Consistently checking in, monitoring meds, listens and changes plans WITH me.. doesn’t just write a random prescription and send me on my way. Really really amazing by personality… I just can’t speak highly enough of her to be honest. She has a great medical assistant Melanie who helps a bunch with medicine “upkeep” as well. (Filling and refilling meds). I’m so grateful that I found them.

Cant give 0 stars unfortunately.. It took 3 months to get a call back. Once I called back (4 times and emailed I think twice) I finally got an appointment scheduled with Jessica. I was told what the plan for treatment looks like/next steps and someone would call me to schedule right after this appointment. They were going to "work with me" since my insurance didn't cover all of the recommended services. No one ever did get back to me, so I finally reached out (it took almost a month to get an email back as they don't answer phones) and they replied saying that they actually won't be able to help me because my insurance won't cover the services. I notated the conversation I had with Jessica, so I had all of my facts, and I know what was discussed. Today they tell me they won't be able to help me due to insurance, and that I must have misunderstood the conversation. It sounds like they initially just took me so they could at least bill my insurance once, tell me what I wanted to hear, and they would be able to make money off that. Don't waste your time like I did. 3 months down the drain...

I had Anne H as my therapist, and she helped me a lot, especially in a time when I needed it the most. She provided a safe space in each of her sessions where I felt comfortable being myself, and being able to express all my thoughts out to her. I highly recommend her if you’re someone who is healing from a trauma that occurred in your life!

This is the best place to go to, if you are in experiencing anything related to mental health. I see doctor Melissa (my therapist), Jessica (primary care), Betsy (for medication), and Michael (another therapist). They have all helped me so much!! I love going here. I wish I could give more stars because they make me feel so understood & they have changed my life for the better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get help. They listen, and they care so much about you. I really love going here. They make me feel happy.

We have been going here since January. I like the office a lot. It’s comfortable and allows for privacy while waiting. The therapist that I have interacted with is great. I had no issues scheduling an appointment and working within our schedules to find a spot that works best for everyone. We appreciated that! Especially after coming from another office where the therapists were all leaving regularly, and it was hard to get an appointment. I’m glad we chose to switch.
