We went there for a 2nd time. The elevated egg sandwich & million dollar bacon are both good. Their biscuits are fluffy don't let their giant size fool you. The seasonal items were not our cup of tea but if ur looking for something different, seasoned well, and different ingredients this is the place for u.

Food is definitely one of the greatest things about this place. They have a lot of farm fresh options and you can tell by the way it’s prepared that it is much healthier than many other breakfast food restaurants. The service is usually very responsive and the restaurant is super clean, provides a farmhouse feel and is a great place to sit and catch up with friends.

I’ve been to several First Watch locations, and this one really stood out! The customer service was excellent, our order came out perfectly, and the food was delish. Our waitress was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

I love food here, and I’ve been coming for 3 years since 2021. But the service today was … unthoughtful and felt manipulative.

1. ICED DRINKS

The server gave me iced water. I said I don’t drink anything with ice. She got me normal drinkable water of normal temperature. I ordered two juices ofc if the Summer menu. She brought them with ICE loaded to the top with actual ice cubes… I was speechless…

2. MANIPULATION

The server lady had to be asked for everything REPEATEDLY: I asked if they have honey for my hot tea. She brought the honey… but not the spoon. …… …. … I was puzzled… waited for the spoon after I asked for it (why would I need to ask?) and by the time she brought it, my hot tea was cold.. I asked for butter WITH MY HOT FOOD ORDER at the time of the order… she brought the food but no butter… I had to ask again, waited, food was getting cold… I felt manipulated by her to ask and ask again.

After this, I don’t think I’ll be back.

Then, I was asked for a 20% tip.

TIP is an abbreviation for To Insure Service, but the service provided was extremely unthoughtful and manipulative.

Normally, I leave 20% or more.

But not today.

The food is almost decent. The waitress was in a rush and was kinda rude like she needed to be somewhere else. I still tipped the 20%; she could have gotten more if she had a nicer attitude. I know that they don’t care. The juice was the only amazing thing there.

This was our first time at this location as we’ve been to the one in Charleston. The service was great and atmosphere. I had the “ mocha mint” iced coffee which was delicious as the husband had the normal hot coffee which he stated was “ decent”. We ordered their new “ blueberry lemon cornbread” as a starter which was the star of the show and absolutely delicious. I ordered the brisket hash which was just “ okay” as it needed more flavor and brisket. The husband ordered the “ brisket quesadillas with black beans” which were “ just okay” as he said it was just all one note with flavor and a little dry. This place is a more pricey option for breakfast due to the variety on the menu, which is a good thing, but just a heads up.

I came here with my family, who were visiting from Florida. It was my first experience here and I will ABSOLUTELY come back. Their eggs Benedict is top notch. BEST hollandaise sauce I've tasted in my 38 years of life. Just LOOK at that beautiful poach. The contrast of colors. The bread was perfectly toasted, the eggs were like poached clouds. It was ART on a plate!
