This evening I had the most incredible sound-bath spa experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. From the moment I walked into Evolution Wellness and Spa- I knew I was in for a treat! The spa has many amenities- such as red-light therapy, reiki and foot zoning, as well as yoga and breath work classes. Tonight, I attended a sound-bath session in Evolution’s Himalyan salt cave. Let me tell you- it did not disappoint! The ambiance was perfect, with dim warm amber lighting, soft fluffy blankets, zero gravity chairs, and a calming aroma that set the stage for what was to come.
The session began with various instruments including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, drums and an instrument that sounded like crashing waves- (that was my favorite). As the sound waves washed over me, I felt an immediate sense of peace and tranquility. The harmonious tones created a meditative state that allowed me to completely let go of any stress or tension I had been carrying.
One of the highlights was the use of crystal singing bowls, which produced such pure and resonant sounds that I could feel the vibrations throughout my entire body. The experience was grounding, uplifting, and relaxing.
By the end of the session, I felt like I had been given a mental and physical “factory reset”. My mind was clear, my body was relaxed, and my spirit was uplifted. The sound-bath provided me with a deep sense of relaxation but additionally left me with a profound feeling of inner peace and well-being!

I highly recommend this soundbath spa experience to anyone looking to unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with themselves. It’s a truly transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Beth puts her whole heart into her sessions. Don’t miss out on this incredible journey of sound and healing- it is also a great GNO or couples experience!

We used the salt cave for our son who was struggling with a sinus infection. Other salt caves only have limited hours for children. It was so nice to not have those restrictions at Evolution Wellness. The front desk person was kind and professional, the salt cave was beautiful and everything was incredibly clean and well cared for. Would definitely recommend.
