Important to know that they will require a 100 dollar deposit for first visit and 150 for missed visits or visits canceled within 24 hours of the visit time. You find this out after filling out a lot, I mean a LOT of forms. For a place that accepts medicaid insurances, they are doing a lot to ensure they won't have any patients with medicaid. Possibly a decent practice if you can afford it, I wasn't able to.

This place is horrible! The psychiatrist especially Calvin Walker is just a nasty person! If you are a female please don’t go to him because he does nothing but trigger a person when you have been traumatized in your life already as it is! From my experience working in the medical field for over 15 years I have never see a psychiatrist treat someone so horrible ever in my life! I will give the therapist Jill the best credit! She is a great therapist and I would recommend going to her. At least she understands the person and your situation. Once again please don’t see Calvin Walker at this place he will treat you worse and make you feel more horrible then you already do. I thought psychiatrist are supposed to help you not trigger you and disrespect you. I have been at this office almost a year and the last psychiatrist was the best person ever! I would say more but I will stop here for now!!! Wish I can give no stars! Thanks…………..

If you care about quality of care, Do not use this clinic! They are extremely business oriented and do not seem to care about their “patients”. God forbid you have to miss an appt due to an emergency, you still will be charged $150 without notice, directly from your bank account so there no way in the matter. I have been going to this place for about a YEAR AND A HALF and have 4 different providers, changed without any notice or discussion 3 of those 4 times.

Told my daughter she would have to live like this forever she couldn’t get that comment out of her head. Why would you say that to a patient that is very sensitive and in a very depressed state . Someone who questions the meds and is terrified of side effects . There are other ways of dealing with your patients then with comments like that. On top of zoom meeting that the were very unprofessional and the doctor was eating and drinking and not focusing or sometimes not turning the camera on. Remember words are powerful and theses words and a negative impact that she never got over. Also why send stuff about lip filler and Botox parties what is this? People have body issues how does this help.

Worst psychiatrist I’ve ever went to. I went in the first day and they were incredibly disorganized. They attempted to charge me a 125$ rescheduling fee even though they were the ones that rescheduled. I eventually got it sorted. Now I’m stuck with a 330$ genesight bill because they convinced me that I needed to have it done. I contacted them because they told me I would not be charged and it would be covered by my insurance, they told me “ignore the charge”. Now I’m stuck with the bill and they refuse to do anything about it. This place is a total scam. I am bipolar and need my meds to operate properly. They were always late on med refills and there were a few days I had to go without. If you’re on psych meds you know how debilitating missing a dose is. Stay away.

This place is amazing because of Dr.Adeoye, he truly is a loving soul and he saved my life in 2016 by diagnosing me w severe bipolar when no one else even bothered. He’s a doctor who actually cares about his patients which is rare these days.

The only negative thing I have to mention is a therapist named Alex, I felt she was very disingenuous and fake to me. Her therapy methods were more like that of an unhelpful frenemy than a paid therapist.

There are a few problems with this practice:
1. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office. You call, no one ever answers the phone. You finish an virtual appointment, and instead of booking the next appt while you’re with the doc, they make you call the office after you hang up (again, no one answers) to book, and wait for a call back (maybe). It’s super difficult.
2. I messaged the doctor on 1/1/2023, again on 1/5/23 though the portal because my son was out of medication, and STILL haven’t heard back (it’s 1/10/23). Totally unacceptable. Thankfully it wasn’t a medication that I need to be concerned about dangerous withdrawals.
3. One of the therapists (Nikisha) was super unprofessional as well. The communication we got in email was horrendous. Not only did her emails constantly have spelling/grammar mistakes, but the actual words and tone of her emails were appalling. We’re dealing with some behaviors surrounding ADHD and this is what she writes (this is a 9 year old boy with ADHD….of course he’s having trouble sitting in front of a screen with a therapist he hasn’t connected with, doing a non-preferred activity. I mean, the lack of insight into the situation was astounding):
“It's only a fight when he does the session with his father. This last session was very concerning because he was very uncomfortable. Something is going on. Maybe we shoud only have the sessions when your available to minimize the distractions. Jude is lashing out and has some serious behavioral concerns. Something is going on with this child and if he does not get help now this behavior is only going to become worse.”
Referring to my husband (who has an amazing bond with our son, by the way) this way? Yikes. What is she insinuating?
I told her we were “going to hold off on sessions for now.” She didn’t cancel the next session because I hadn’t “instructed her” to cancel the appointment. Come on. Really? I had to explicitly tell her “I’m instructing you to cancel any further appointments” in order for her to get the idea.
I’m done with this place. The only trouble is that it’s impossible to get in to other places without waiting months for your first appointment. What a shame.

They don't even deserve a one star rating. No stars is better. I seriously needed a psychiatrist and they completely dismissed me after taking in all of my information. They claimed they would call me back.
A lie.
All emails from this company we're purely for advertising purposes. They forgot about me.
All follow up calls I attempted to make were forwarded to voicemail.

So if you want to be disrespected and overlooked, this is the place to be.
