I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews. I have worked with both Dr. Jackie and Dr Nick and they were both professional and courteous, and worked with me when my insurance changed to avoid billing mistakes. Dr Jacqueline was a no-nonsense professional that didn't take any bull-stuff. She saw thru feeble attempts to be coerced into an opinion and remained a neutral party during my divorce. My ex and I sought her services to mediate the terms of our JPA and she did a great job. I then saw Dr Nicholas on my own, and Dr Nick is a great listener. He absorbs everything you say, and rather than tell me "this is how you should do it", he just nudges me in the right direction and lets me figure it out for myself. I would recommend them both for long-term mental health.

I've been going to Karen Falk and associates for roughly 5 years. Typically I see Dr. Jacqueline Castillo-Granger. She has been a great help to me over the years, and comes with my highest recommendations. I've found her approach to delicate issues to be comfortable and insightful, I look forward to meeting with her and feel as though I have a better understanding of my thought processes,and a better grasp on how to overcome what I need to in order to make the progress I want to see in my life. Over great experience, I highly recommend this office!

I saw Dr Jackie for many years and I admit that it started out great. But over the last few years it has become unbearable. She is constantly on her phone (pretending to be taking notes) and you can tell she is completely distracted almost the entire session. One time she even accidentally played a video while scrolling Facebook. Overall she is extremely unprofessional and I didn’t realize how bad her service is until I went to see a new therapist that’s actually engaged.

She’s unreliable, inattentive , and should not be practicing the way she is. 1/5 stars here.

I can't thank Dr Falk enough for all of her help. She is kind, responsive and helpful. She has helped me fight for the right course of treatment for me across the board. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Jackie Castillo-Granger, was upper unprofessional to a friend of mine who inquired for someone going thru some problems with her kid and the Father, who had become a dangerous situation, so the kid needed someone to talk to. Well the initial meeting was talking about what they were hoping to accomplish and how they'd do it, which includes a test, she was to call and schedule the test a day after the appointment, well, a week later, no call from the office. Super inconsiderate to not call or anything especially when it involves a kid who probably needed assistance and someone to talk to.

It's no surprise, they were super hard to get a hold of initially, they called one day to set up the initial meeting, no one answered so she left a voicemail. Didnt get a call back. Then, called again the next day, still no answer, left a voicemail. After that they sent an email and finally got a call back the next day.

These people are super unprofessional, made my friend feel judged and uncomfortable, then wasted valuable time...to set up the flow up meetings.....

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
