If I could give Jackie negative stars I would. I was in her office for an evaluation due to a TBI with hearing loss. Asked her REPEATEDLY to speak to me (not her desk) and to speak up and speak clearly. She refused to do so and then dismissed me. I even verified twice that she wanted me to leave (I had only been there 3 minutes) and she waved me off with her hand and nodded. She then lied to the disability office telling them “I walked out”. If you want to meet with someone who will falsify information and cannot be bothered to give you basic courtesy- you are in the right company.

UPDATE: Jackie - you wouldn’t look up at me even though I asked you repeatedly. When I explained that I was there because of my severe hearing loss and TBI and told you I needed you to speak to me- speak up and speak clearly - you said nothing - looked down at your desk, remained the same volume, and did absolutely nothing I asked you to do to help me understand what you were saying. You were so unbelievably disrespectful and then you dismissed me after three minutes - even waved me off with your hand when I asked for clarification that we were done so that i couldn’t mistake what you were saying. Then you LIED to disability telling them “I walked out of my appointment”. Are you telling me that disability is lying to me about you lying to them? I need to know that if that is what you are saying.
Every single thing that happened in that office was from you being absolutely unwilling to help me in that situation.
You shouldn’t be anywhere near this career or these cases if this is how you treat people.
Also- giving me some story about a friend of yours? What does that have to do with anything? Honestly that makes what you did even worse in my brain because you are admitting to creating obstacles for me in a system that you already know is stacked against us. How did you think that lying and saying I walked out would benefit me if you are so empathetic to this situation? 🤔

Best therapist I've ever had. Very emphatic and understanding. She's patient and is very good at making you feel comfortable. I never once felt talked down to or that I was mentally "ill" in one way or another. I was always treated with respect.

Went for our first couples session last night and NO ONE was wearing masks. We waited for Megan to come out to ask why they weren’t wearing masks (thinking it might have been due to them reviving the vaccine.)

Megan looked at my partner and I and said, “I don’t think my answer will be sufficient enough for you.” And went on to explain they don’t enforce PPE for not only the staff but clients. “We remain distanced.” But none of the staff was distanced when interacting with each other at the front desk and another client walked out without a mask, right next to Megan. She did offer to put on a mask - HOWEVER - there was no discussion of disinfecting surface ls between appointments either.

We told Megan we would continue our intake session from our car for our safety as we already paid our copay. (We were wearing mask ourselves- but it’s been proven it needs to be a mutual effort to insure the safety of all parties).

Needless to say we will not be giving another dime to a place that doesn’t value their clients (or the people their clients come in contact with/their families) safety.

The WORST! Stay away. We used her in a divorce case and she had an agreement with the other attorney. What a scam! Dr Jackie seemed very clueless when talking to her and didn't listen to the facts. Go somewhere else!!! Horrible person!

The therapists here are really good, but if you're going for Psychology, look somewhere else (if you can help it).

Dr. Jiang is down-to-earth, empathetic and personable. She has a wealth of knowledge and incorporates it well in therapy and testing.

Pretty much just an over priced friend. Well...until my daughter had some scheduling issues then she treated her like a client and dropped her.
