Easily the best gym experience I’ve had. Jen in particular is a standout trainer and is very supportive. They are very knowledgeable and their app and support system is truly fantastic for someone who is busy to help keep track and check in on progress. Definitely going to be sticking here long term.

Divided Labs and working with Jen has been absolutely amazing. I was a college athlete years ago and got stuck in a rut after having kids. I knew I needed help and Divided Labs is just what I needed. Jen has been so encouraging to stick with a consistent workout routine and making better food choices. It feels good going to a gym where there is 0 intimidation and all positivity. Jen is such a kind, sweet soul. I highly recommend working with her. She is very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. Connor and his team do a great job of making sure you are doing the work everyday! His daily tips and personal messaging keeps me going and gets me excited for the week’s workout sessions. Within a week I was seeing the results pay off. Amazing place to get your health back on track! The personalized work outs are also awesome and are really fun.

If you are looking to get out of your comfort zone and want to feel better then see Jennifer. She is wonderful and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. My energy level since starting is amazing thanks to her. She has given me the motivation and encouragement to workout. The gym is not scarey anymore and I CAN workout on equipment.... try it. If I can do it... you can too.
