Horrible !!!

Dr. Maha Abboud, MD nice but rushed through my appointment. Unfortunately, the office staff are HORRIBLE . They have terrible attitudes and are unpleasant. There’s no communication between any of the staff in one day I had spoken to two different people , saying two different things as if they dint sit together or have my information in their system . I’m appalled by the lack of consideration and disrespect from the office . I called three times for my Prescriptions to be filled at my pharmacy . The first time was one day after my appointment. The second time was four days later, the receptionist asked me what medication was I supposed to be having filled and she will have it sent over to my pharmacy. Again , is my information not in the chart ? Two weeks later the pharmacy still hadn’t received the script. They cut people off on the phones, prescriptions aren’t filled, and they’re unprofessional. I go to my doctor to focus on my health and receive the best care. I don’t want to be sick and have to deal with disrespectful service from the doctor and their doctors office . The only thing they care about is co-pays and the money.

She listens to what you have to say, and she is always working to help you feel your best. She always monitors your blood work closely and orders tests accordingly. I am so happy I found her!
