I had my first appointment with Danielle Smith today and she was absolutely amazing. Honestly I cried (happy tears) afterwards, because of the fact that it was the first time somebody has heard, listened, and understood what was going on and gave me a bit of hope for the future. So 10/10! Also, it was very easy to access the video call, and they got me in super fast.

D. Smith is a wonderful provider with wonderful staff, my check-ins and refill requests are very easy through the patient portal, however I wish I could do scheduling through the portal versus having to call.

I’m sad that I even have to give Danielle 1 star as she’s not even worth that.

She’s completely blown off 1 appointment and then completely lied about it. When we provided the screen shot showing that we were active for the telehealth only then did the office remove the charge.

We decided to give Danielle another try even though she had proven to be untrustworthy.

For the next appointment- she had cancelled 10 minutes prior because she was sick.

10 minutes. As if it was a surprise sickness. Had to take a morning off work and she only gave us a 10 minute heads up.

Moving forward- Danielle was then 10 minutes late for the follow up appointment.
She was downright rude. Argumentative. Apathetic. Unprofessional.

I can’t stress the unprofessional part enough. I had to ask her numerous times to please let us speak and not interrupt, to which she wouldn’t .

She just wanted to argue.

I highly advise to avoid this ‘lady’ (and I use that term loosely because she’s very unbecoming of one)

I can’t say enough great things about Danille; she is also professional and timely. I am sad that I won’t be able to continue care with her due to insurance. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone they can easily talk to and get solutions.
