I emailed this company in regards to my adolescent daughter. I was very detailed on what she needed and on insurance and on who she wanted to see and why ,and everything else. They responded asking the exact same questions that I just told them about and tried going around what I had just said about scheduling. Look I understand everyone gets busy at times but if you don't have time to read and respond to a parent about helping their child in the proper way what makes you think they would ever feel comfortable enough to bring their child to you for emotional help. This company may have great counselors but the way communication started with them I could never feel comfortable bringing my daughter to them so off of that experience I have to give them 1 star. My advice is to spend better time communicating with parents struggling with their children so they can feel more comfortable about bringing their kids to you and don't rush your emails like it's another case. A patient needing help needs to feel safe and if you can't focus on a simple email I doubt you can focus on a child with problems reaching out for help. I hope for all that you change this around.
