Office Staff are nice. The office is a nice area to sit and wait. Dr. Clipper is very straight forward with things, but we need to try and elaborate with things easier. Otherwise he’s a great person.

I cannot speak highly enough of this office, especially Sheri Miller. Calling to make our initial appointment, I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was our first experience. However the office staff was so easy to work with and so kind on the phone. Then, once we met with Mrs. Miller, our experience was even better. She has been amazing, and has helped my family through a difficult time. My daughter has made such amazing progress. Mrs. Miller helps her through the difficult things, and has taught us some amazing coping skills. She also recognizes how she has grown in this process, and provides praise and positivity, which makes my daughter feel proud of herself. This has been a wonderful experience for my daughter, and my whole family.

Poor communication. I scheduled an appointment, waited weeks for an assessment just to show up and be told that Dr. Clipper is supposed to be in court and that someone should have called to let me know, but I was never notified. I may not be able to reply to the response but I can update my original review to show what's being left out of the picture this business is trying to paint. I never received any call or voicemail like they're stating in their response to this. Or else I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas showing up that day. The nice thing about phones is that even if they did call and leave a voicemail, and I missed it, there would have been record of it in my call log and a voicemail but there were neither. Whoever left those notes in the records didn't actually do their job. I would have considered keeping the rescheduled appointment (that I just called to cancel) that I set up with them in the office that day if they didn't decide to leave a response to my original review about how things should have been per the record and that I still made another appointment, as if that helps at all. They would have done less harm by not responding to the review in the first place. It's passive aggressive and unprofessional and that tells me this business is no longer worth my time. Now I'm going to have to ask my doctor for a referral elsewhere, spending more time waiting to get the help I need because I don't trust businesses that have poor customer service. The first issue was excusable. People make mistakes. But if your interactions with your customers in the reviews are that petty, it's a bad sign. Some people can't wait for this type of help and it's not always easy to schedule around jobs and kids. My husband had to take time off work for this so we are already losing money before getting any help.

Staff and counselor were very friendly.

Counselor was 15-20 min late for first appointment.
Counselor was 10-15 min late for second appointment.
Third appointment was cancelled 40 min prior (due to an understandable family issue.) Was promised someone from the office would give me a call to reschedule ASAP.
No attempt was made to reschedule within two weeks. When I called back to ask what was going on, the response was basically that they had no idea why.

I've given two stars for friendly staff and clean, quiet facilities, taken away three stars for punctuality and professionalism.

Personal reaction (trying to keep it as impersonal and helpful as possible): Maybe my standards/expectations are too high - when someone says "show up at X time" - I expect to get started at that time. When someone says "I'll call you back to reschedule" - I expect them to call me back to reschedule. I'm also not sure how you expect to build trust with a client while not valuing their time or respecting their needs.

Three visits, not once starting on time (and not just a couple minutes, a quarter of an hour?) = to me, that's a pattern of unprofessional behavior. I also find it disrespectful to me as a person and I feel like my time was not valued appropriately.

I will be seeking treatment elsewhere.

I wish the staff nothing but the best - again, I had no issues with the friendliness of the staff - and if this review causes an improvement in timeliness/professionalism, that's great.

As a medical professional myself, I would advise you stay very far away from Ms. Fitzpatrick and her facility, CASI. There is an obvious agenda here and it is not in your best interest, nor is it in the best interest of anyone else involved in your life. Her questions are leading and she cannot remember facts from one visit to the next. In fact, she is often confused and entirely off base. Sadly, it is time for Jane to retire. She's clearly past her prime. As for the office itself, scheduling was near impossible. They are open many hours but you wait a very long time for an appointment. Then, when you show up on time or early for your appointment you will, in fact, wait. On one visit my visit was nearly 2.5 hours for the one hour visit. Billing is yet another issue. They could not seem to figure out or process appointments in a prompt or efficient manner and the staff did not seem to communicate whatsoever. I am disheartened that I ended up in this experience as a recommendation when after agreeing to attend this facility, I heard nothing but bad reviews. I only wish I knew sooner. While I don't normally take to the internet for negativity, I feel this will prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

STAY AWAY! This guy (Bob Clipper) is frequently appointed by the Court to do custody evaluations. Here is what I’ve learned (I'm an attorney) – the man ignores forensic evidence and tends to take sides based solely on what is seemingly his political opinion. He literally holds up certain examinations as the gold-standard of psychological evaluation (such as the MMPI-II), but completely ignores the findings interpreted by third—party forensic psychologists (of his choosing), only to meet the conclusion he developed before having the same interpreted (in other words, cherry-picking to write a report that justifies his initial beliefs). In fact, he has gone as far as to write reports that completely leave out detrimental information to the party he wishes to succeed. I have direct knowledge that he has accepted medical documentation from witnesses that may have been altered without verifying its origins or making a formal request from the medical provider. Such a practice seems facially cause for ethical review. Bottom line – he needs to be excluded from the circle of professionals that are fair and balanced.

Also, he’ll charge you roughly $10K before he gives you the report. Why? I believe it's because it’s about the business. In my view, he’s enjoyed the benefit of making A LOT of money off the Court, but his opinions are clearly not objective, and the Court will often adhere to his “quasi-ruling” just because he’s been doing it for so long. Nevertheless, he enjoys a long-standing relationship with the Court and believes he will never be questioned. Hell, he’s ignored subpoenas to testify regarding his reports without consequence – no contempt proceedings, no sanctions!

My opinion is based upon what I’ve seen personally. This guy has no interest in objectively evaluating any case. He is a bottom-rung business man looking to push an agenda – STAY AWAY!

100% agree and experienced similar issues to what others have expressed here, and even then some more. Really, their own responses to the negative reviews on here say it all.

Edit to respond to their response: I was never court ordered to have any dealings with CASI whatsoever. I will now, however, obtain an attorney to draft a Cease And Desist against this blatant, slanderous, and malicious lie.
