From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the entire experience has been incredibly positive. Dr. Shetty truly exemplifies compassion and understanding.

She takes the time to listen attentively and responds thoughtfully, creating a space where I feel comfortable and supported.

The reception staff is also warm, welcoming, and helpful, making the process so much easier - I have not had to wait longer than 1 minute to speak with someone. Overall, Dr. Shetty and the admins provide a truly caring, professional environment.

I have never felt more satisfied and comfortable at a medical office. Every time I call, the staff is quick to respond, and they genuinely demonstrate care, especially Kisha and Trish.

Dr. Gaonkar is, without a doubt, the best healthcare provider I have ever had. As someone who finds it difficult to trust others, I immediately felt at ease during our appointments. He provides thoughtful feedback in a respectful manner and always has a clear plan of action. I feel safe discussing my concerns with Dr. Gaonkar, and for the first time, I am comfortable opening up to a provider. His genuine approach and ability to give ample time during appointments set him apart.

Recently, I had an emergency, and even though Dr. Gaonkar was booked for the week, the office was able to accommodate me the very next day. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Gaonkar and the entire team’s commitment to patient care.

They met me where I was at. They actually listen to my concerns. I’ve never felt rushed. No problem was treated like it was small and most importantly, I feel heard. Video visits worked really well for me bc I worked third shift and slept during the day. If you’re looking for treatment or have concerns, I highly recommend!

I'm under a fake name, lol. I've been seeing Dan Novak and I have to say at my age and all the years that I've been in therapy trying to find the right therapist.. This gentleman is amazing and i'm so glad that I have him to work through my trauma!!! A++++ Dan is the best therapist that I've had in over 20 plus years! I'm so grateful 🙏

My wife was forced into a quick change of Psychiatrists as her doctor had to close his practice on short notice. We called around but not many services took Medicare. Then we found Conventions. First introduced to the practice when I walked in and was greeted by Annie at the desk. She was so nice that I felt this could be the place. Our first session went so well and my wife immediately felt calmer than she had since the change. So far so good. Place is neat and very quiet. Special thanks for Dr. Gaonkar for his ability to put my wife at ease with his wit and very calm demeanor.
