Was recommended by a friend to come here. I was very excited to find a new consignment shop. Upon walking in, I was greeted at the door by an incredibly rude women telling me that the store closes at 4 (5 hours from the time I got there) and that “the chances are unlikely that they will select anything”. How can this woman know this BEFORE going through my bin. Being a woman I have never been so uncomfortable in store before, and that speaks volumes. I would never recommend this store to anyone who doesn’t want to be judged and belittled before walking into an establishment.

Awful experience. Immediately when my two friends and I walked in, the first employee made us feel extremely unwelcome. It was evident that she didn’t like the way we looked and judged us before even speaking with us. She quickly explained that the store was accepting winter clothing through the rest of the day only and that they are looking for the best brands. She also mentioned that they are extremely selective and most likely won’t take many of our items. This was odd since they hadn’t even gone through our items yet. The experience was very awkward and uncomfortable. We received the notice that our clothes were ready in less than 20 minutes… not sure how all three bins could have been properly sifted through in that amount of time. Upon return we were told that our of all three of our clothing bins they couldn’t take any of our items whatsoever. We had items of popular clothing brands, even with tags still on brand new items. We will absolutely never be returning. Thanks for judging us on the spot. I will be sure to let my other friends and family know how disrespectfully were treated.

These people don't pay good at all. I was offered $27 for an Ellen Tracy handbag with the price tag of $165.00. Don't waste your time here. On anothr occasion I brought in a huge bag of beautiful like new clothes from an estate of my stepmom, clothes were worth close to $300, they gave me $35. I will never do business with them again, not ever.

Purchased a LV Speedy 30 online . My order was ready for pickup when they opened in the morning. Was so impressed with the pristine condition of the bag and the sales associate that processed my order was very pleasant. Definitely will be ordering more bags in the future!

I have to agree with all the people who say the staff here is rude .When I came in I was told they could not take clothes on hangers ,they want them in a bin . I will say they were nice enough to look at my clothes right away because I was in quite a hurry ,so I will give them kudos for that .However ,they were saying my clothes were outdated and would not resell which I found funny because some of my clothes actually had tags on them and they were brand new. For example ,an outfit I bought for a wedding that I did not like ,brand spanking new with tags on, then I had a coat, a beautiful coat, fake fur that did not have a size on it and they would not take it. I just find them to be way too picky . Again ,the first woman I spoke with was very rude..The manager who looked at my clothes was nice enough, a little standoffish but better than the other woman. Overall, i do not recommend and will not go back.

Don't listen to Wendy the owner's remarks on how she treats everyone the same and buys clothing from lines such as Chico's, Loft, Michael Kors...etc. I was in last week with these brands with tags on, and they actually took two items of the 3 bins and said the other items were old and pilled How is that possible? I had 2 bags of shoes that were probably $200 retail barely worn. They didn't even look at them. This place is a joke and staff is rude. It seems the people who are buying are happy, but the people selling are treated like garbage. Wendy, just remember who is putting the clothes on the racks, and by the sounds of these reviews, you may start driving business away! Never coming back here. Same thing 3 times I have tried to sell. It's better to sell on Poshmark or Uptown Consignment than these rude jokers.
